La Casa di Alice Smeralda

An oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation just a few minutes from the beaches and the most famous places on the Costa Smeralda.
The environment is relaxed and soft, modern furniture but with some touch of ethnic and rustic, bleached wooden ceilings, soft colored floor, living room with open kitchen and sliding window overlooking the large veranda where you can admire the sunrise and the suggestive hills.
The panoramic swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees.

The Villa has 3 comfortable spacious and modern bedrooms with king size beds, 3 spacious and modern bathrooms, a service bathroom with washing machine, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bright living room and a veranda where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the suggestive landscape. There is air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on each window, 30mbps wi-fi connection and private parking.

The use of the swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other house in the land.


WARNINGS
The Villa stands in a country land where you can find rough, rocky areas, stone stairs, plants and irregular rocks. Maximum attention is required.

There are two houses and the pool area is shared with all guests on the properties.

The green requires periodic maintenance so even noisy gardening equipment will be used.

On the property live Charlie and Dobby two very good dogs, sweet and playful, they are used to living all over the property. The Villa is not suitable for those who do not like dogs. In any case, it will be our care to limit their disturbance as much as possible.

To maintain the tranquillity of the place it is forbidden to make too much noise, to party.

It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers into the property who are not part of the booking.

Wonderful time at La Casa di Alice

We had a great time at La Casa di Alice and the Costa Smeralda. The property is situated in a wonderful location and has everything one needs to have a great stay (a beautiful, large pool, air conditioning in all rooms, bbq etc. and two dogs that will visit you from time to time!). Highly recommended!

Our Sardinian Getaway

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The property was spacious, clean, and we had all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and maintains a great home. We had no issues at all, appreciated its location in proximity to beaches, supermarkets, and food options. The pool was wonderful and the area was quiet. I would most definitely book this property again, it was a highlight of our trip.

We stayed for several days. You definitely need a car to visit the island and Luca was very helpful with suggestions of what to do.Hiking,dining etc. The only negative was the air conditioning in the main living area didn’t cool properly. The view was beautiful and the pool was great! A great relaxing vacation.

The house was clean and well equipped with necessary beach amenities like umbrellas, chairs and toys. The pool was well kept and the dogs were a lot of fun. Host was happy to make reservations on our behalf at various restaurants. We stayed for 8 nights and used the house as a base to explore the beaches and to make day trips. Lots to keep us busy during those days and close to interesting villages! Would be great if host stocked the property with other amenities like fish and laundry detergent. Overall, we would recommend!

Eine wunderbare Bleibe für einen entspannten Aufenthalt auf Sardinien! Das Haus bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt, sehr gut ausgestattet, prima gepflegt! Unser Highlight war der Pool mit einer grandiosen Aussicht und umgeben von einem herrlichen Garten. Wirklich ein Traum! Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet, der Pool war zwar noch etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem schwimmen. Die Hunde sind beide sehr lieb und sehr gut erzogen. Haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Modernes, ausgezeichnet eingerichtetes Haus mit Pool

Wir haben La Casa di Alice für 5 Tage im Oktober gebucht und waren begeistert: das Haus ist sehr modern, sehr gepflegt, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet - in der Küche gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt, nichts fehlte uns. Es hat eine große möblierte Terrasse (Esstisch und Stühle, sowie ein Sofa und Sessel mit Couchtisch), die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, hier konnten wir in der Sonne frühstücken und auch abends um 6 einen Aperitif in der untergehenden Sonne genießen. Auf dem Grundstück sind 2 Ferienhäuser und die Besitzer haben deren Haus ebenfalls hier, daher die 2 lieben Hunde, die hier leben. Der Pool ist somit mit den Gästen des 2. Hauses zu teilen. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und sehr schön möbliert. Die Beleuchtung abends ist ein Traum! Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr nett ländlich gelegen, man hat einen schönen Ausblick ins Landesinnere. Man kriegt etwas vom Autoverkehr auf den nahe liegenden SP73 mit, uns hat es nicht gestört. Man ist sehr schnell an diversen Stränden (ca 20 Min.), der riesige Supermarkt Conad ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt, in 15 Min. ist man in San Pantaleo, in 1 Stunde in Palau, wenn man auf die Maddalena fahren möchte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (in Englisch) war einwandfrei, sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Luca hat uns außerdem wertvolle Wander- Strand- und Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Wir waren von der sonnigen Lage des Hauses, von der Einrichtung, der Ausstattung, dem Pool sehr angetan und würden diese Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Übrigens, das Haus hat eine eigene Webseite (leider nur auf Italienisch, ist aber recht selbstredend), über die man Luca direkt kontaktieren kann. Nächstes mal buchen wir direkt😉

Komfortables Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir wurden von Luca, Charly und Dobbi herzlich begrüßt und haben die Einführung für ein wunderschönes Haus mit Begeisterung aufgenommen. Drei geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Offener Wohnraum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Vorrats- und Waschraum. Besser geht’s nicht! Von der Terrasse, die von Rosmarin umsäumt ist ( habe ich mir jeden Morgen einen wohlschmeckenden Tee daraus gemacht ) hat man einen fantastischen Panoramablick. Dann kommt noch der Pool als Highlight dazu!!!! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und die Woche sehr genossen.

Wunderschön!

Es war ein toller Urlaub auf Sardinien in dieser sehr schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Tee, und weiter div. Gewürze), alles da. Sogar mit einem kleinen Vorratstraum, wo man die gekauften Lebensmittel, Getränke gut verstauen kann. Auf der Terrasse schaut man auf das tolle Panorama und die liebevolle und gepflegte Anlage mit dem traumhaftem Pool. Man genießt einfach die schöne Ruhe und Aussicht. Alle drei Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben Zugang zur Terrasse. Tolle Bäder mit Tageslicht und Fenster. Das ganze Haus sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Luca war vorab und auch während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit verfügbar. Er gab uns tolle Tipps und informierte uns immer gerne. Dobby und Charlie sind gut erzogene Hunde, die immer mal wieder bei uns vorbei schauten. Unsere Kinder, wie auch wir hatten viel Spaß mit den Zwei. Die Lage ist optimal. In der Nähe, ca. 300m, gibt es einen gut ausgestatten Supermarkt, der auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Olbia, welches mit dem Auto ca. 10 Min. entfernt ist. An den Strand sind es mit dem Auto auch nur ca. 10 Min. Es war ein rundum toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Luca, Francessca wie auch Dobby und Charlie für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Vraiment une excellente location de vacances. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et répond rapidement aux questions. La maison est parfaite, très agréable, propre, très bien équipée, au calme, climatisation de bonne qualité dans toutes les chambres. La piscine est partagée avec une autre maison mais cela n’est absolument pas un problème et il y a par ailleurs une vue magnifique. La localisation est également très pratique pour rayonner dans toute cette partie de la Sardaigne. Nombreuses plages à moins de 20 minutes.

Ein Traum!

Das war ohne Zweifel einer der schönsten Urlaube überhaupt! Angefangen mit der hervorragenden aber dennoch ruhigen Lage, über die hochwertige Qualität des Hauses sowie der Ausstattung, einem wunderschönen Anwesen mit traumhaften Blick in die Berge und Hügel der Nachbarschaft, dem schönen und großen Infinity Pool, bis hin zur Gastfreundlichkeit von Luca und Francesca, blieben hier keine Wünsche offen! Unseren Kindern, mit 3 und 5 Jahren, hat es ebenso gut gefallen wie uns und auch sie schlossen die gut erzogenen und lieben Hunde Charlie und Dobbie gleich ins Herz. Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass die Villa di Alice von Luca und Francesca (und Charlie ;) ) die beste Unterkunft war, in der wir bisher auf unseren Sardinienreisen zu Gast sein durften. Zukünftige Gäste können sich auf ein modern ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes und mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplantes Ferienhaus freuen. Die Villa di Alice bietet ein großzügiges Platzangebot mit 3 separaten Schlafzimmern inklusive 2 en suite Bädern plus zusätzliches Bad und nochmaliger, zusätzlicher Toilette inklusive Waschbecken und neuwertiger Waschmaschine. Alle drei Schlafzimmer waren mit großen und bequemen Betten ausgestattet, wobei alle Fenster (im gesamten Haus) mit Fliegengittern versehen waren, sodass wir störungsfrei unsere Nachtruhe genießen konnten. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet (inkl. Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze, Öl etc.) - es hat nichts gefehlt. Grillfreunden steht ein toller Gasgrill mit Waschbecken neben dem Haus für Grillabende zur Verfügung. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und der Fotos, alles funktionierte einwandfrei (Internet in sehr guter Geschwindigkeit ohne lästiges Streaming-Verbot), und es gab keinerlei Probleme oder Störungen, deren Behebung in anderen Unterkünften schon gerne einmal mehrere Tage in Anspruch nahmen. Der neue Pool ist ein Traum, wird regelmäßig gereinigt und bietet eine Entspannungsmöglichkeit vor landschaftlich traumhafter Kulisse. Luca ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und sympathischer Gastgeber, der schon vor der Reise jederzeit ansprechbar und verfügbar war. Er reagierte jederzeit superschnell auf unsere Anfragen und gab hilfreiche Tipps. Der Standort ist für die Erkundung der Costa Smeralda und den Großraum Olbia hervorragend. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 300m entfernt und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto den ein Einkaufszentrum mit Conad-Superstore, Eurospin und MD-Supermarkt. Vielen Dank an Luca und Francesca und insbesondere Charlie für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Wunderschönes Objekt. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ideal für bis zu drei Paare. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und Klimaanlage. Das Haus befindet sich in guter Lage unweit vom Flughafen Olbia mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Gehminuten entfernt. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Strand. Ein Auto benötigt man auf jeden Fall . Die Besitzer waren sehr diskret, professionell und stets hilfreich. Sie sind uns bei jedem Bedürfnis und jeder Frage sofort entgegengekommen. Unser Highlight war der neue Pool mit malerischem Ausblick. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

L’excellence n’existe peut-être pas, mais là on y est très près. Demeure agencé à la perfection, chaque chambre sa salle de bain et WC, et si cela ne suffisait pas un WC et un lavabo dans la buanderie. Malgré la chaleur de la Sardaigne, il y a une certaine fraîcheur, qui si elle ne suffit pas est complétée par une climatisation. Belle pièce de vie avec une cuisine ouverte bien équipée. Pour se rafraîchir une belle piscine (partagée avec un bungalow). Belle terrasse avec une vue sur les montagnes. Une visite régulière. de Charlie (un beau et gentil chien) qui veille sur nous.

Neues, wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Total herzliche Vermieter die, wenn nötig, immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Wundervolle Umgebung in der es viele schöne Ecken zu entdecken gibt. Supermarkt 5 Min. fußläufig vom Haus. Wir werden wiederkommen.

In the property lives a golden retriever, very good and playful, loves children, used to live free in the property, so it is not suitable for those who fear the dogs. It will still be our care to limit as much as possible his trouble.
