Lazing in our garden facing the countryside, walking on the sea front or the beach or making sandcastles with the children, our apartment is a great place to spend an excellent vacation.

Accommodation ideally located along the landing beaches.
350 m from the beach and shops, it offers all the comfort necessary for a successful stay.
It is located on the ground floor of our villa.
With 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine), shower room with hairdryer and separate WC..

Great Accommodation, perfect for exploring the local area

Had a lovely time, accommodation had everything for a comfortable stay, it was well equipped, heaps of hot water. The garden was perfect, nice sheltered area for sitting outside. The garden was dog friendly, safe and enclosed. A short walk to the beach, and a wonderful bakery for fresh bread and pastries. We visited the D Day Beaches (UK and Canadian), Pegasus Bridge and Bayeux.We don't have children, but I did noticed lots of board games and dvds. So perfect for adults and children

Excellent accommodation

Well located to visit Juno Beach and Omaha Beach, as well as Bayeux and Caen. Parking is a plus. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and beds were comfortable. We were able to cook all our meals Unlike a previous visitor, there was absolutely no foul odour and no mould. Our host, Sybille, was very welcoming, helpful and all around nice person to deal with. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Garden Apartment for 10 days and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others looking for accommodation in this area. The property is fully equipped and has two comfortable double bed rooms. There is also a private garden which is ideal for pets. It is in a quiet location at the end of the village but is within easy access to local shops and the seafront. The owner of the apartment was incredibly helpful in every way from recommending places to visit to arranging a vet's appointment needed for return to the UK. We cannot thank you enough Sybille for making us so welcome and for making this a wonderful holiday.

SUPER vacances tres bien acceuillis l hotte aux petits soins quand ont a besoin repondu aussitot. Mais dommage pour nous pas pu trop profiter nous sommes arriver malades a 2 pas pu trouver un medecin par chez nous .Sybille a reussi a nous faire allez aussitot au medecin st aubin et jour meme qui nous as pros en charge et tres bien soigner ...sybille nous y a conduit elle meme ...ont est repartis encore pas trop bien avec a continuer notre medecin la moi reussi a avoir rendez viys etant plus prise et je viens juste de finir mes antibiotiques pas trop au top ... donc tres belles vacances oui mais la pluie plus maladie dommage ont a pas pu trop profiter .. ont retourneras aux beaux jours. Pour enfin profiter de st aubin sur mer .. mais de bons souvenirs tout de meme et tres tres bien recus merci sybille et monsieur de nous 2 mr et mme prevost de normandie ...la pluie nous as pas quitter toujours la .. ont espere que nos hottes eux ont eu tres elkes vacances et tres beaux temps a bientot ter

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannten Aufenthalt bei Sybille. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine normale und auch eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Die Betten waren bei Ankunft überzogen, Handtücher, Waschlappen und Küchentücher sind vorhanden. Nebenan liegt noch ein kleines Appartement, die Gärten sind jedoch durch den Zaun und auch optisch getrennt. Sybille ist sehr zuvorkommend und auch sehr hundefreundlich. Der direkte Weg zum Strand ist kurz und dort konnte auch unser Hund schwimmen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. In der ruhigen Gegend fühlten wir uns jedoch keinen Moment unsicher. Wir werden wiederkommen. Danke Sybille !

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und die Lage perfekt um auch ohne das Auto an den sehr schönen Strand und in den netten Ort zu kommen. Es war unser erster Urlaub mit unserer Hündin und auch hierfür war die Lage und der Garten (eingezäunt) perfekt. Die Gegend ist ideal für viele schöne Ausflüge und ohne Ausnahme wurden wir sehr freundlich behandelt, obwohl wir leider kein Französisch sprechen. Alles in allem: Land und Leute sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Sybille buchen.😀

Schöne Lage, leider Schimmelbefall

Sybille ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und man hat alles, was man braucht. Meer, Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es ist schön ruhig. Es gibt eine Promenade, wenn man rechts geht, und einen Naturstrand links. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge nach Caen und Bayeux gemacht. Leider blühte nach wenigen Tagen der Schimmel in der Wohnung im Kinderzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Bereits bei der Anreise fiel uns ein starker Chlorgeruch auf, obwohl alle Fenster offen waren. Der verschwand nach einer Weile, dann roch es sehr muffig. Und nach zwei extremen kühlen Regentagen fing es dann an, an den Wänden und im Schrank im Zimmer zu schimmeln. Das war so großflächig, dass wir nach einer Woche den Urlaub abbrechen mussten. Sybill war kompromissbereit und hat uns das Geld für die zweite Woche erstattet. Wir konnten zum Glück eine andere Unterkunft organisieren, haben aber trotzdem viele Umstände gehabt. FeWo-direkt hat uns leider wenig geholfen, der erste Berater hat aufgelegt und der zweite hat sich Fotos schicken lassen und die Vermieterin kontaktiert, aber das, Ergebnis war eben, dass FeWo-direkt sich raushält und wir alleine sind Lösung finden müssen. Auch bei der Suche nach einer Alternative wurde uns nicht geholfen.

Es tut mir leid, dass dieses Feuchtigkeitsproblem Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Die Außenluftfeuchtigkeit war 10 Tage lang sehr hoch und so hatte sich in manchen Räumen Kondenswasser gebildet, was noch dadurch verstärkt wurde, dass man seine Wäsche mehrere Tage lang drinnen trocknete, ohne die Fenster zu öffnen. Ich möchte jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass Sie der Erste sind, der diese Kommentare abgibt. Unsere Kunden waren immer mit ihrem Aufenthalt zufrieden und wir sind bestrebt, sie unter den besten Bedingungen zu empfangen.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, spacieux, complet d'un point de vue de l'équipement. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien (berger allemand), le jardine était parfait, clos et suffisamment grand pour que nous puissions jouer avec lui. L'accès au jardin de l'appartenance est direct c'est génial. Sybille,la propriétaire, est souriante, chaleureuse, accueillante et disponible. Elle vous donnera toutes les bonnes adresses ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous recommandons les yeux fermés le logement.

Saint Aubin Sur Mer mit Hund

Ruhiges Haus am Rand von Saint Aubin. Max 10 min zum schönen Strand, zum Bäcker und Metzger, zur Promenade mit Restaurants und zum kleinen Supermarkt. Das Auto kann vor dem Haus stehen bleiben. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein Grill steht draussen zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass der Hund etwas Platz hat. Ansonsten zum Strand. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sybille, der Eigentümerin, empfangen. Sie gab uns einen Überblick über die Wohnung und auch Tipps für die Region. Für alle Fragen stand sie uns immer parat. In der Wohnung steht eine Infomappe auch auf deutsch bereit. Das WLAN funktioniert in der Wohnung einwandfrei. Kein deutsches TV, was aber gar nicht schlimm ist, weil man ja für Unternehmungen angereist ist. Man hat aber wohl die Möglichkeit, sich mit seinem Netflix-Zugang zu verbinden, was wir aber nicht nutzten. Die Strände sind bei Ebbe sehr weitläufig und die Umgebung sehr abwechslungsreich und vor allem geschichtsträchtig. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke Sybille!

Urlaub in der Normandie

Eine saubere Ferienwohnung mit einem kleinen Garten vor der Tür und einem herrlichen Blick über ein freies Feld. Nur 400m vom Strand, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Kingsize-Bett war etwas schmall und mit den in Frankreich üblichen großen Bettdecken haben wir immer ein Problem, weshalb wir immer zwei eigene dünne Bettdecken mitnehmen. Perfekt :-)

Die Wohnung und der eingezäunte Garten waren perfekt für uns und unseren Hund. Das Objekt liegt absolut ruhig, mit freiem Blick auf die Felder. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind alle schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat eine wunderbare Dusche. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Wir können dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.
