Für uns als Ehepaar ideal. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön auch die Terrasse.

L'appartement est très correcte bien achalandé en équipements et ustensiles. Par contre à préciser que les chambres sont à l'étage car avec une personne handicapé pas simple. Terrasse : à notre goût trop prêt des autres mais comme nous étions seuls en cette période c'était très bien ! 2 sdb super ! Propriétaire très correcte et facilement joignable. Pour la région à part la petite ville de Soulac sur mer très agréable pas grand chose à faire de ce côté de l'estuaire... contrairement côté Royan mais la traversée du bac très cher avec 1 voiture et 4 passagers 44 euros cela réduit les allés retours. A faire le moulin de Vansac. Très belles plages mais baignades risquées. En famille semaine sympa mais pour ma part je ne reviendrai pas dans le coin.

Soulac-sur-Mer est une belle station balnéaire, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Le Domaine des Sables est une référence, accessible, et vous serez confortables comme nous avons pu l'être dans la propriété de M. et Mme Seck.

Logement correct, mais ménage pas tout à fait au point. Pas d'état des lieux... Mais propriétaire disponible par téléphone et répondant immédiatement. Séjour très agréable dans résidence calme et très bien située.

Location correct

Résidence au calme, logement correct manque un peu de vaisselle et couverts pour 6 personnes. Pendant notre séjour la pataugeoire était fermée et nous n'avions pas l'information.

Séjour au calme et reposant

L'emplacement de la résidence et son environnement, le bon niveau d'équipement du logement, l'océan à moins d'1 kilomètre, la distance raisonnable du cœur de ville, l'accueil, la ponctualité et la disponibilité des propriétaires nous ont permis de passer un séjour très agréable que nous renouvellerons trés certainement.
