5th floor Condo in Bayview Grand Marina area available! It will be rented as a large 1 bedroom 2 bath unit (it’s a 2BR but the 2nd bedroom will be locked off). New tile throughout the condo. Large dining table and great lighting. Keurig coffee machine in kitchen. It is oceanfront and impeccably maintained. Washer and dryer in unit. TV has many stations in English/Spanish . There is 24 hour gated security, an onsite restaurant, tennis courts and gym.
