The Sunfish Haus is a 2 bedroom 1 bath that sleeps up to 8. Located next to the Guadalupe River at Lake Dunlap and is from 2 to 4 miles to shops, restaurants, Gruene, tubing, Schlitterbahn and other attractions in town.

At the entrance corner there is a twin bed, the master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a double size bed, and the living room has a futon and twin rollaway inside closet. Complete kitchen to cook your meals, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet and sink. Enjoy your evenings on the deck or back patio area with BBQ grill and firepit.

Access to communal pool located 3 doors down behind the Lago & Posada Haus. There are 2 hot tubs as well that you can use. There are 7 Wundercove cottages that share the pool and two hot tubs to include this listing.

These properties are located on a very quiet cove on Lake Dunlap. It is only 3- 4 miles to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, N.B.Hist. Dist., restaurants, shops, bars, theaters, tubing the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. The Outlet malls in San Marcos are only 15 minutes away, N.B.Airport 2 miles, San Antonio Airport 30 minutes, Austin Airport 45 minutes.

Also river outfitters can pick your group up from any of our properties and take you to either the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers for tubing, providing required equipment for your float, put you in and then pick you up at the end of your float and bring you back approx $30 per person, min of 6.

In total we have seven cottages, with each cottage posted here individually to book separately, a combination of or book all 7 together. Each cottage sleeps 8, you can book any combination to accommodate your group size.

New docks and boat ramps were added this year, perfect for relaxing by the river, fishing, or getting in to swim!
