One double bed bedroom and one queen sized bed bedroom to comfortably sleep four people. In between the bedrooms you will find a full bathroom with shower in tub.

Local access to the large, private recreation area with pond in Dry Canyon Park.

This is a home that has been split into 2 separate living spaces. There is an additional tenant occupied suite in the rear portion of the house with a separate entrance.

*There are three exterior security cameras enabled for your safety. 1 - Security camera at front door which monitors the porch and front yard. 2 - Above the garage door, viewing driveway and gravel parking space. 3- In back portion of the house, monitoring a non-VRBO/private area.
