THE VILLA ESTATE
The Aryana Estate was designed for large groups in mind and consists of 10 luxury bedrooms (with 13 beds flexible accommodation from 7 x king beds and 6 x adult singles to 10 x king beds) with air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings. There’s a large open plan living and entertainment room next to a well-fitted kitchen.

A large covered dining table for 22 guests sits nestled in the stunning tropical garden allowing dining ‘al fresco’ style perfect for large parties to socialise over a delicious meal cooked by your own private chef.

An inviting 12 x 3 metre swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the tropical garden area along with an outdoor daybed, sun loungers as well as entertaining and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use. Bordering one side of the pool is the open kitchen bar surrounded by views of the tropical gardens. Sit at the gorgeous natural teak wood bar for a drink and a chat or relax to a good book in the seated swing. The large manicured lawn is perfect for the kids to run around on or a picnic lunch in the shade of the magnificent tree.

This exceptional estate provides 5 king bedrooms in the Main Pavilion with the Garden Pavilion boasting 5 further bedrooms of 2 x king and 3 x twins. All bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms.

Breakfast is served daily and included in the rate and daily housekeeping ensures your stay with us is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

• Airport transfers both ways (multiple pick-ups / drop-offs available for same group bookings) in comfortable air-conditioned vehicle – don’t worry, we send enough cars for all guests and luggage!

• Complimentary breakfast per guest each morning of your stay. For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx USD6-USD8 per person depending on what you order. It is a very cost-effective way of eating for when you don't wish to eat out at the excellent restaurants nearby and the private chef is excellent!

• Car & Driver available 8 hours per day (excludes petrol) - Suzuki APV or similar for up to 8 adults including driver. The driver will work extra hours for just USD5 per hour.
