Charming Ibiza-style villa with ocean views, sleeps 8, located on a very quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees and with no neighbors directly across the way—which is very rare in this area.
It is located in a prime area, close to the centre of Moraira but, most importantly, just 400 metres from the sea and a 5-minute walk from Cala de l’Andrago, where you can go for a swim in the developed cove or enjoy the lively atmosphere at lunchtime and in the evening at the typical bars and restaurants.
The villa has been completely renovated (inside and out), is air-conditioned, and features a private pool. A fourth bedroom will be available in spring 2022 (accommodating 8 people)
All rooms overlook the sea and the pool.
Two additional guests can be accommodated for a fee of €20 per day per person.
The pool can be heated from May through October for an additional fee (= €280/week)
A rooftop deck lets you enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and soak up the last rays of sunshine...
Two outdoor dining areas are available, one facing the sea and the other near the BBQ and wood-fired oven.
Cleaning is required at the end of your stay, and all linens are provided
The house can be heated in the winter for an additional fee
