New 2025 Sea Side Cabo de la Nao, Villa fully renovated with stunning sea views.

The house is located in a dead end close to Cabo de la Nao on the first line of the sea. The house was completely renovated in 2024 inside and out and is fully equipped. All rooms have a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, large cooker, dishwasher, citrus press, juicer, steam cooker, efficient oven with low-temperature cooking, washing machine, dryer,...). The bedrooms are all with sea views and have balconies and one a terrace. Air conditioning in all rooms, indoor parking for 3 cars, 1 boat or jetski equipped with a charging station for electric or hybrid vehicles. There is an outdoor lounge corner for 15 persons and a outdoor dining table for 8 with a direct view of the sea. A large lounge with international TV, Playstation, and an office equipped for home office. The house inside and out is equipped with WIFI (optical fiber).
The 12m/4.5m swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees. There is a large outdoor shower in micro cement and natural stone equipped with hot and cold water. The owners have already built another house in Javea with a rating of 4.9/5 on Homeaway since 2018.

Immaculate villa with stunning views. Location is peaceful with short drive to Javea port and Arenal beach. Having a minimarket within a few minutes walk was great for getting fresh bread and croissants in the morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

Relaxing villa holiday

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! The highlight for the kids was definitely the pool — they were in it every day. The garden area was lovely, with beautiful views and very peaceful that made it perfect for relaxing. The villa itself was spacious, spotless, the kids loved making fresh orange juice in the mornings. Everything was well-maintained, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for families looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway.

Exceptional Villa

We had a truly amazing stay here in August as this villa is exceptional. It has been renovated to such a high standard and everything was perfect. The pool and outdoor areas are fantastic, the indoor furniture and beds are really comfy and you have all the amenities you would need. The contact with Yves was superb, the location is beautiful and having a supermarket 300m away was a real bonus. It was only a 15 minute drive into Javea where you have a large choice of restaurants, bars and other supermarkets. If you decide to book this villa then you definitely will not be disappointed.

Perfect Villa

This is our dream villa - we have booked and looked around that area of Cap de Nao for quite some time and now found it. Everything works perfectly for us - the house: everything inside is new and nicely renovated, the pool is large and heated - the ground is large and flat, the view of the sea is fabulous and there is Yves as the host who is always very helpful and with a very quick turnaround for answers.

Beautiful and comfortable house above the sea

We had a great time at the house. The house is very comfortable and it's well equipped. It's in a very calm area and its location on top of the cliff is amazing.What I also really liked is that a supermarket is close enough that one can walk there. They also offer bread, croissants, etc. for breakfast.Whenever we had a question Yves was immediatly available and we were able to quickly resolve any issue by online chat. I can very much recommend the house for a family stay.

Lovely stay in May

We had a lovely stay in the villa. The pool was great fun and the views are stunning. The house is very fresh as it is newly renovated. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they kindly left us some goodies. Note that there is nearby construction work which took away from the peaceful feel a little. Of course this is temporary and not the fault of the hosts but i felt it should be mentioned. Thank you

We loved this property. It's exactly as the photos show; in fact it's better because there have been improvements in some cases!The views are beautiful and a joy to wake up to. The pool is wonderful. It isn't heated this time of year, but we were glad for that because it was so refreshing after being in the sun.The location is perfect. It's very quiet, but a perfect driving distance from anywhere we wanted to go. Arenal Beach was a favourite, which was a 15 minute drive. The supermarket was a 5 minute walk and really well-stocked! You could do all your shopping there.The bedrooms were equipped with very effective air conditioning, and the beds were comfortable! Though, if you have neck or back issues, I'd recommend bringing your own pillow.The kitchen was great, had everything you'd need and more, and I had a particular fondness for the Plancha grill which was easy to use, sociable and easy to clean.We would definitely stay here again!The only negative for me is the check-in time. The listing said 4pm when we booked, but we were told 5pm when we got check-in instructions the day before. This was quickly resolved, but I do think 5pm is a very late check-in, and considering the 10am checkout, 7 hours seems excessive.Otherwise, nothing but positives for me. Owners were very helpful and responsive. And the information pack they send the day before check-in is incredibly detailed and useful! Thank you!
