New home in a perfect location!


There is a microwave , a small toaster, coffee maker, stove and pots plate dishes cups pots cutters etc... we provide coffee cream tea sugar oil salt black pepper.. there is a smart TV for streaming.

The host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly accommodating. She even graciously offered us a discount for a minor inconvenience involving her cute puppy, which we greatly appreciated. I loved my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book this place again the next time I'm in Berkeley. Huge thanks to the host for being so welcoming!

There was plenty of space for our group of 5 to spread out. The location to BART, parks, restaurants etc., was great. It was noisy at night and the residents upstairs were active doing laundry and walking late into the night. Bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. While the apartment accommodated 5 for sleeping, the kitchen needs to include place settings to match this number. There was only settings for 4 people.
