Outpost: Crystal Springs 405 - Ski-In/Ski-Out!

Hi Jeffrey, Thank you for the positive review! We're thrilled you enjoyed this home and had a great stay with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! Cheers, The Outpost Team

Thank you so much for your kind words, Colleen! We are ecstatic to hear that your first summertime Jackson Hole visit was such a success. As many locals say, we came for the winters and stayed for the summers! We hope to welcome you back someday. Cheers, The Outpost Crew

Hi Jake, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We're so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the fireplace in the primary bedroom, and we appreciate you allowing our team to stop by in an attempt to resolve it. While we regret that we weren't able to fully address the issue during your stay, we’ve since learned that the noise was due to building-wide boiler work, which has now been completed. We’re sorry this impacted your experience, but we truly value your feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and the overall guest experience. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future. All the best, The Outpost Team

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of expectations. We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration surrounding check-in. Our standard check-in time is 4 p.m., when the door code becomes active. We understand the wait was especially frustrating with your husband not feeling well, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we sincerely apologize that many areas of the home did not meet our expectations. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Following your departure, our team addressed the issues with our housekeeping and caretaking teams and arranged for the carpets to be professionally steam cleaned. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the couch and primary mattress and will keep these concerns in mind as we look for ways to improve the home. We’re sorry your experience led you to leave early, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address these concerns in real time and work toward making your stay more comfortable. We also hope the compensation provided helps demonstrate how sorry we are for the issues you experienced. We’re truly sorry that your stay did not reflect the experience we strive to provide. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve both our homes and the overall guest experience. All the best, The Outpost Crew

Hi Thomas, Thank you very much for taking the time to pass along these suggestions! Your access codes were included in your confirmation email, as well as the reminder email we send three days prior to check-in, We apologize if the codes were not highlighted clearly enough in these emails! We have brought new wine glasses and a new coffee maker to this unit since receiving your feedback - we only wish you had let us know during your stay so that we could have brought them for you then! We'd love to host you for a seamless experience if you ever return to Jackson Hole. Sincerely, The Outpost Crew

Hi Leigh, We're glad to hear that you found Crystal Springs 405 to be beautiful, spacious, clean, and well located, but terribly sorry to hear about the noise. While we do occasionally receive feedback about plow noise during ski season, we don't typically hear any noise complaints during the summer months, and sincerely apologize for any disturbance this may have caused. We also sincerely apologize for Charter's inability to schedule an appointment during your stay. While we did call to get on their schedule as soon as the previous guest alerted us to the issue, our small mountain town was brimming with visitors this summer and technicians were more sparse than usual due to the pandemic. We brought a wifi hotspot for you to use during your stay but it sounds as if this did not function well enough, and we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. If you ever return to Jackson Hole, we would love to host you for a five star stay! Sincerely, The Outpost Crew
