Come stay at CHEZ LÉA, a stunning air-conditioned architect-designed house, perfect for up to 5 guests. This unique home is nestled in a medieval building in the charming Saint-Martin district, combining modern comfort with historic character.

Two private parking spaces are available free of charge – a real advantage in this neighborhood where parking is often hard to find.

Located just steps from the Old Town of Tours, Place des Halles and its covered market, you’ll easily reach on foot the many activities, restaurants, and attractions of the city.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM and until 9:00 PM latest, a €30 supplement will be charged upon arrival.

The apartment is in a fantastic location in the historic center of Tours. It was very clean and comfortable and had all necessary amenities. We loved being just a short walk from everything we needed, including the market at Les Halles and many restaurants. Visiting chateaus decorated for Christmas was delightful (but if you want to avoid the crowds, go before school vacation starts!). The host was responsive when we reported a minor issue (which we managed to resolve without their assistance).

The place is centrally located & quite nice. However, the check-in & check-out process was difficult, partly due to the website stating checkout was 11am. However, on the day they disputed this & we had to stand outside with a disabled person for an hour in the cold until our arranged transport arrived.

We really loved the house, it has all you need and it's walkable to the center of Tours, restaurants and shops.We had one issue the agency sorted out during our stay.It's very quite, we only heard the bells from the nearby church.The area has a midge problem and despite lots of precautions we were all bitten. The parking space is very narrow, we had a Nissan Arkana as a rental car and it just fit. I would happily use the property again.

Ideal for Chateaux and Vineyard Visits!

This house is a perfect central location for exploring the sites of the Loire Valley. It's proximity, in the Old City of Tours, to Les Halles and to numerous great restaurants in this lively city made our stay perfect. The parking space for a car was a huge plus for coordinating day trips to the East and the West of Tours. The home was very comfortable and very well-appointed with a generous shower and bathroom. One touch not mentioned but worth noting is that there are privacy shades for the bedrooms that keep the rooms comfortably dark. LOVED it.

Very nice apartment in excellent location. Very quiet and private while being in the heart of old town. The market and Les Halles are a couple of blocks away as are numerous restaurants and bars. The kitchen has everything necessary for preparing meals if needed. Although we didn’t require it, it’s nice to have a parking place. We spend a few days in Tours every year and this has been our favorite rental. Will return.

Beautiful Tours and Wonderful Vacation

The house had everything needed, very clean and well maintained. The house is next to the old city with restaurants, nightlife, historic buildings and churches. It is a beautiful well maintained and clean neighborhood. Tours itself is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housing agents were responsive and helpful, but you will have to arrange a time for check in and check out. Be aware that there is no fitness center if that is of importance.

Excellent stay in Old Tours

Can’t recommend it enough! Lovely, modern home. Walking distance to everything the city offers. Private parking (you’ll need it if staying in the old part of town!) and everything just as advertised. Géraldine was beyond accommodating in meeting us for check in and out. We even got champagne for Christmas and an advent calendar for the kids. Basics are included and most appreciated: coffee, tea, salt, sugar, some jam and biscuits, washer detergent and paper products to get you started. Super clean and the wifi worked perfectly. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Bad landlord

The property was ok but the owner seemed to think that she was doing us a favor by renting to us. For instance; a smoke alarm was going off all night which makes sleeping impossible. I notified her of this issue and was told she could not come until the next day. I went out and purchased a battery, climbed up and fixed the alarm but not a word of thanks from the owner. By the way- I’m 78 and don’t like ladders.To my mind this owner is a gouger. Usually when we use VRBO there will be flowers or a bottle of wine or some nicety when we arrive- in this case nothing

Vous nous avez signalé un bip émis par le détecteur de fumée. Nous vous avons aussitôt proposé une solution temporaire (désactiver le boîtier pour la nuit) en vous assurant qu’une pile neuve vous serait remise dès le lendemain matin. Cette solution a été déclinée de votre part. Par ailleurs, nous tenons à préciser que ce commentaire fait suite à une retenue partielle sur la caution, justifiée par l’état dans lequel le logement a été laissé au départ de ce locataire: linge de lit souillé, déchets et bouteilles non jetés, chauffage et lumières restés allumés, clés laissées à l’extérieur avant l’heure convenue, et consignes de départ non respectées. Enfin, notre hébergement est une location de vacances indépendante, et non un service hôtelier. Bien que nous n’incluions pas systématiquement de petites attentions à l’arrivée, nous nous efforçons toujours d’offrir un logement propre, bien équipé et conforme à sa description.
