Magnifique chalet plein de charme !

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans ce chalet avec en cadeau de la neige les premiers jours !Nous recommandons vivement !

Endroit chaleureux et confortable

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille et le chalet y a contribué! Très bien situé (une piste passe juste devant), avec une vue splendide ! Nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout était fidèle à la description. A refaire !

pas de vérification et rattrapage du nettoyage fait par locataires d’avant

En arrivant j’ai pu encore moi-même repasser un coup de nettoyage à cuisine, salon, salle de bain…dommage car pour le ménage de notre départ j’avais déjà versé 138 eur…les locataires avant nous n’ont pas fait correctement et le contrôle n’a pas suivi comme il faut par l’équipe avant de nous donner les clés. Même si on nous a donné les clés avant l’heure convenue, j’estime que tout doit être top. Canapé plein de miettes, toiles d’araignées, mouches dans les chambres à ne pas pouvoir dormir. Avec un spray acheté le lendemain ça a aidé. 2 stores des chambres étaient cassées, pour une des chambres pas de rideaux pour occulter un peu…autrement le chalet est magnifique, le village et le décor sublimes. On a passé une très belle semaine tout de même.

La pression exercée sur l’équipe pour récupérer les clés à 10h et non à 16h comme le prévoit le contrat n’a pas permis un contrôle exhaustif de la propreté conforme aux attentes. Concernant le store, un était en effet défaillant et remplacé par un rideau occultant, Le deuxième a été endommagé durant votre séjour en forçant alors que la base était coincée par le gel. Pour autant je n’ai rien retenu sur votre caution.De plus nous vous avons proposé de faire intervenir une équipe de ménage lorsque vous avez signalé le problème, vous l’avez refusé. Nous avons aussi proposé de faire intervenir une entreprise pour le volet, vous avez aussi décliné cette proposition.

Magique

Le chalet est magnifique belle décoration et une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires répondent de suite à notre moindre questions et de bons conseilles pour le séjour en terme de visite . Je vous recommande ce chalet il est au top . Merci!!!!!

Séjour neige en famille

Très bon moment passé en famille dans ce charmant chalet. Calme absolu, vue dégagée sans aucun vis à vis, détente face à la cheminée. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire (dont vous pourrez lire un des livres lors de votre séjour).

La communication avec le Locataire s’est très bien passée. Le chalet a été laissé dans un état impeccable. Je recommande ce locataire.
