Refund guaranteed in the event of cancellation due to government measures related to the health crisis (total lockdown).<br><br>RENTAL: Sunday through Sunday during the winter season and Saturday through Saturday from April through December <br>Accommodates up to 6–8 people<br>Built in 2003, this chalet features contemporary and elegant decor and is fully equipped.<br><br>The chalet is located right in front of the “Haut Fleury” chairlift, at an elevation of 1,494 metres, with direct access to the downhill ski area.<br>It has one parking space in the garage plus space for one vehicle in front of the chalet, or two during the summer only.<br><br>In winter, a snow-cleared parking area is located less than 25 m from the chalet. The driveway leading to the garage is cleared by a snowblower all the way to the chalet. The chalet is about an 850-meter walk from the resort centre (shops, ski school, and tourist office).<br><br>Unobstructed mountain views; hiking trails start right from the chalet, accessible on foot or by mountain bike in the summer.<br><br>Basement: enclosed garage, ski storage room, washing machine.<br><br>Ground floor: 1 shower room, separate toilet, living room, and separate fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, range hood.<br><br>Ground floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 with 2 beds (90x190) / 1 with 1 bed (140x190) + 1 shower room with toilet.<br><br>Electric heating (wood-burning stove not available for use during the rental)<br><br>The chalet is non-smoking on all three floors; a French door provides access to the side balcony for our smoking guests<br>Pets allowed<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are not provided with the rental. The chalet is provided clean and must be left clean upon departure.
