Beautiful property and VERY well equipped. Outdoor areas were lovely and the lodge was amazing. The proximity to RMNP was a huge plus. Very nicely stocked with everything our family needed- even toys and puzzles for the kids!I highly recommend for families. We would 100% stay here again.
House was great. There were plenty of board games, which our family enjoyed during our downtime from visiting RMNP. Location is very convenient and close to parks, restaurants, and grocery.
Great house with ample space in a great location. We enjoyed easy access to RMNP, shops in Estes Park, and restaurants. Great spot, easy check in/out process.
We enjoyed our stay in KayLee Lodge. It was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, a yard for the boys to play and great views.
The only negative was that someone had left a window in the TV room open and there were many, many flies and bugs in the house. Once we had that situation under control were had a very relaxing time.
There was plenty of room for the four of us, including my 13 year old and mother-in-law. We loved that it was split level, so everyone had their own space. The cabin was private, had a beautiful view, and was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen.
Seth, the property manager, responded quickly when we ran into internet issues. We appreciated him coming over the very next morning.
We’d definitely stay there again!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This quaint cottage was clean and was located in a quiet neighborhood (with a very friendly neighbor) a convenient distance from town. The front-side patio area does provide a view of mountains and a limited view of Estes Lake (view blocked by houses, buildings and trees). The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, however, there is no comfortable furniture in the sitting/living room areas. Most of the needed items for a trip are provided, but there is no ice maker only a few small ice trays, so bring ice bags if ice will be needed. Wood is not provided for the fireplace, which was nice to have on the cooler evenings during our stay - but we brought our own fire word to burn. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked and has nice counter top space. Communication with the management company was limited, posted a message on VRBO and didn't respond had to call the office - and limited information about the property and area was provided prior to trip.
The home was very nice. We loved the split level and that worked well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to find most everything we needed. The views outside were amazing and you will have elk, deer and other wildlife come right up in your yard. That was fun to see. The only negative thing I have to say is it is furnished with older furniture which looks nice a rustic but isn’t the most comfortable to sit on and the home seems a little crowded but It was nice and we enjoyed it. I would stay here again if ever back in Estes Park.
Renting this property was very easy. The view was magnificent. The wildlife on our property was an extra bonus. Elk and Mule Deer visited every day. We were two families sharing this cabin and it was wonderful.
Visited the week of Memorial Day. Worked remotely from the property and explored RMNP and Estes Park in the afternoons/evenings. Plenty of space for our family of four to relax, live, and work. Great location, secluded yet close to amenities. Quaint property that has been well cared for. Would recommend!
