Great house, complete, spacious, clean

Enjoyed a week on the shore including surfing. The town is nice, good atmosphere even at the end of September. No big city close (Nantes is very nice, a little over an hour to drive) . But all we wanted for a relaxed week. Very much enjoyed the house with big garden.

Relaxing Days @Saint Gilles

We have enjoyed some 12 days in a very fine house and a really relaxing environment. Although an unusual wave of high temperatures during the beginning of June did surprise us we felt well protected by the house itself due to the construction and south/west window protection (ground floor), however this without any air conditioning. Check-in and check-out and contact with the owner very pragmatic. Conny & Olaf

Très belle maison , décorée avec goût, super équipée , literie au top , grand jardin avec à disposition des jeux pour enfants et des boules de pétanque. 4 vélos pour découvrir les environs. Proche de la grande plage et des commerces. Bref pour tout dire à réserver les yeux fermés, propriétaire très sympa et hyper réactif . Nous y retournerons. Merci

Das Haus ist komplett renoviert. Ein Schlafzimmer im EG, zwei im OG, dort ergänzt um eine kleine Toilette. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ebenso mit begehbarer Dusche. Es gibt außerdem einen kleinen Keller mit zusätzlichem Kühlschrank, was sehr praktisch für die Vorratshaltung ist und eine kleine Garage, die für ein Auto aber zu schmal ist, dafür jedoch als Abstellraum dienen kann. Parken kann man vor dieser Garage oder auf der Straße. Der Freisitz mit Tisch und großem Sonnenschirm ist sehr großzügig und der sich anschließende Garten mit Schaukel ist riesig. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kommt man zu Fuß überall hin: Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Märkte, Einkaufsladen, Rummel, Strand. Der Vermieter stellt sogar Fahrräder und einen Gasgrill. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Sehr sauber. Zentral gelegen: 850 m vom Strand, 650 m vom Hafen und 1200 m von den Supermärkten entfernt. Riesen Garten mit Gartentisch und Sonnenschirm. Eig. Boccia-Bahn im Garten. Boccia-Kugeln und Gasgrill sind vorhanden. Wir sind begeistert und kommen sicher wieder.

La maison est charmante et très confortable, le jardin avec son boulodrome permet de bons moments. L'emplacement est idéal et tout se fait à pied. Maud et Rodrigue sont très accueillants, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Un excellent séjour à Mi-Casa !!

Une excellente semaine passée à Mi-Casa pendant ces vacances de printemps. Rodrigue et Maud sont des hôtes très attentionnés et attentifs au bon déroulement des vacances de leurs locataires. La maison est très spacieuse et superbement décorée. Il ne manque rien en équipements et appareils électroménagers, et le jardin est un régal pour les enfants. Idéalement située ; à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage et dans un environnement très calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons évidemment.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt, das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war einfach und freundlich. Entgegen den Bildern: es sind keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden.

Charmante maison vivement recommandée

Charmante maison, spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous étions 6 adultes et avons apprécié l’accueil de nos hôtes, le confort de la maison, le calme du quartier et la proximité à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Tout y était pour finir 2022 et débuter 2023 dans un excellent environnement! Merci à Maud et à Rodrigue
