Enjoy walks along the banks of the Charente River, the beach at Royan (20 minutes away), visit the Cordouan Lighthouse (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Palmyre Zoo, explore the Gallo-Roman heritage of Saintes (10 km away) and the beautiful Romanesque churches of Saintonge, Talmont, Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix, Île de Ré, La Rochelle, and Rochefort.

Tennis courts are 1.5 km away.

This 50 m² stone house with a peaceful garden offers guests complete privacy and a completely independent entrance.

Garden table, armchairs, parasol, and barbecue are provided.
