The house was perfect for a sibling trip to Hendersonville. The location was very convenient to downtown Hendersonville and family nearby, was extremely clean, and very comfortable. We appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms and having a primary bedroom on the main level. We'd definitely stay here again.
When traveling with 2 family’s we look for great spaces with lots of room! I love having 2 master suites both with king beds and a bathroom. Appreciate the extra linens, laundry soap and coffee pods. Close enough to walk to downtown Hendersonville. Had a great stay.
My family and I stayed for a week for spring break. The property was a great space to relax and an amazing home base for walking around H’ville and day tripping to hikes, waterfalls, and Asheville.
The house was very spacious with a master suite upstairs and downstairs. The living room size was large enough to comfortably have several adults enjoy seating space, visit, and watch TV. Property was very clean. Highly recommend.
This home is beautiful and super clean! There was plenty of room for all 4 adults and 5 kids. The TVs throughout the house were nice to have! The property owner supplies everything you’d need to start your trip and even some things that you maybe forgot to pack! Beautiful view of the mountains and downtown Hendersonville. We absolutely loved this house and enjoyed our stay!!
My four adult children and their spouses gathered for Christmas in the mountains this year (two came for the day due to work schedules). The home was spacious and impeccably clean. We were even blessed to have a decorated tree! We walked ~5min to downtown Hendersonville for shopping and breweries. Fun!
Would definitely stay here again!
We were in the area for US Mountain Bike Gravity Nationals at Ride Rock Creek. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers. This house gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. The location worked great. It is centrally located with lots of breweries and restaurants in the area. The host was super responsive. We had an issue with the AC and it was fixed within hours. There was a garden hose for washing bikes and the deck worked great for storing bikes. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was spacious, close to everything, and well appointed. It had everything from a fire pit to salt. Didn't think of it? Our host did!!! It turned a good place into a great vacation!
Downtown, historic Hendersonville has Friday night music and community show (every week is diffrent: car, flower, art) while also hosting the easiest, gem mining at Elijah Jem Mining as well as beautiful natural wonders like slide rock and 5 diffrent hikes within city limits. Everything is close by.
This place is 10 out of 10!!! Would rent again!!!

I’m so glad you and your family had a great vacation! We would love to have you back!!
I tried to text the host but link won't work. I wanted to tell her a few issues with the house instead of leaving them publicly. We loved the location, but the sofa and love seat are very dirty, with no support, and need to be replaced. We had to cover them with sheets to be able to sit on them. There was not enough hot water to take a bath, even when the 4 of us hadn't used any that day. It was lukewarm when turned up as high as faucet would allow, and of course, the water in the showers was lukewarm. Owner needs to turn up the temp.
Lastly, the rugs in the bathroom are not bathroom rugs and slip easily with no rubber backing. Bath mats are needed for safety reasons.
We did enjoy the house and location, especially since it has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The master suite downstairs was a plus for one of us since she is scheduled for a knee replacement. The driveway is steep but there are two entrances, one of them is not super steep. The owners were nice enough to let us check in early and turned on the heat for us since the nights were cold. We appreciate all of this.
We would rent again if sofas were replaced (or at least cleaned) and water temperature was set higher.
The property was perfect for our ladies get away. The location was convenient. The town was delightful. The owner was very responsive to my messages. The owner was pro-active and told me how to change the HVAC from AC to heating. That was very helpful.
Nice location near downtown. It's walkable, but some hills and streets with no sidewalks to navigate. WiFi and Amazon Fire TVs throughout was nice touch. Host provided restaurant recommendations and several amenities like shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.
This home was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. In addition you get to enjoy the best of both worlds, a private location surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood, but only a couple of minutes from Hendersonville. It's close enough to walk if you like. We will definitely visit again when coming to the Hendersonville area.
Katie’s home was the perfect location! We were able to rent two homes next to each other to accommodate several families. The home is just as pictured, very clean and all bedrooms were spacious. This home has two wrap around decks, screen porch and a beautiful patio with firepit that we all enjoyed very much. We will be staying again when we visit family there in the future.
House was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect ... close to Main Street shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again
The house was very nice - clean and spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, and the big kitchen. My only complaint was the steep stairs, but I knew about that when I rented the house. We would definitely stay here again.
Our group of 7 adults stayed very comfortably in this beautiful, clean, spacious home. The location was perfect. The view of downtown Hendersonville was more than we bargained for. We loved everything about it. I would highly recommend renting this home and if lucky enough to visit Hendersonville again, I would rent it again.
There were 4 of us staying for a long girls’ weekend. We found this house so comfortable and roomy. We felt very safe and it was conveniently located to everything!

I am a Virginia native and North Carolina lover and resident. My husband and I have lived in Hendersonville since 2008. I am an elementary school teacher locally. We believe Hendersonville is a great town to raise our children. We have been in the short term rental business for several years and commit to providing the best experience that we can. Our rentals are professionally cleaned by a local woman that does a fantastic job. The $150 cleaning fee goes entirely to her. Thank you for considering our property.
