About this property

~Carolina Tides~ Ocean View, Pier, Pool, Steps to the Beach and Restaurants!

Carolina Tides is a modern, two-bedroom, two-bath beach villa located on Oak Island NC. We have a well-supplied kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, washer / dryer, direct beach access, seasonal swimming pool & hot tub (seasonal, April 15 thru October 15), elevator, free parking and much more. This villa is an end-unit on the quiet side with lots of natural light. Our complex is in the perfect "vacation location", directly across from the Yaupon Beach Fishing Pier, Koko Cabana bar and restaurant, Ruby's coffee shop, and the Lazy Turtle Bar and Grille just a block away. Also, less than a mile to the East is Oak Island Golf Club and their new Duffer's Pub and Grille. Enjoy palm trees and ocean views right from your porch. There is also a shared outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Oak Island Lighthouse is about a three mile walk along the beach to the East. Just off the island is the beautiful and historic town of Southport, NC.

*PLEASE NOTE:
1) Our HOA prohibits boats, trailers and golf carts on the property. We apologize if this is an issue but we are unable to accommodate any type of trailer.
2) We have a pull-out Queen-sized couch and can sleep up to 6 guests. However, our linen contract only provides for the two bedrooms and 4 guests. If your party has up to 6 guests, you can use the pull-out couch but you will need to bring your own queen sized linens, pillow cases and bath towels for the additional guests above 4. Please message me for details.
3) No pets.

Thank you, Eric for how clean & inviting your unit was & with staying in contact with us to help make a smooth checkin!!! Oak Island & nearby Southport were wonderful!!!Thank you for how functionally accommodating the unit was for example the parking of our vehicle for the stay in the shade under the units so vehicle was cool & master bathroom especially the shower was inviting & Kitchen area so clean!!! Washer & Dryer was also very helpful for towels provided & beach stuff!!!We LOVED the location on the first floor next to stairs that led directly to the beach & a wonderful coffee shop & restaurant!!! Also private pool just for unit members!!!

Amazing location. Checkin was seamless and early. Host is great, was available and responsive at all times leading up to our stay and during. The place was spotless, everything worked. Recommend if you have an SUV sized vehicle parking in the larger spots under the units themselves. We left our beach gear in front of our parked vehicle all week and no one bothered it. plenty of great places to explore. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo across the street w no stairs to navigate. Highly recommend this host and Condo. 5 stars

This was probably the best experience that I have ever had with VRBO - Eric was an absolute dream - upon check in, he was updating us on when the condo would be ready and restaurants nearby for lunch. The condo was clean and the building was very quiet. Walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants. We walked to the pier every night. This was our first time on the island, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Eric and Courtney, for allowing us to stay in your condo. It was wonderful.... 10 out of 10....

Perfect location!

Excellent Place to Stay

This was our second time staying here. We love this condo. The owner is accessible any time you need him ; the condo is clean and looks just like the picture. It’s close to shops and there is alot to do there. Check in and out is simple. We will be staying here again.

Everything was perfect!

The villa was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was easy to work with and checked in several times to make sure we were having a good time. The beach is a short walk and fun restaurants were close by. We hope to return again soon!

Amazing Family Vacay

We LOVED our stay here! The condo was great for our family of 4 and perfectly located near the beach. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the beach each day, quiet evenings on the porch, and all of the amenities the condo had to offer. Perfect vacation spot!

This place was perfect for our family of four! The condo is beautiful, and the entire complex is well maintained. The pool was very clean! The beach right across the street was nice and easy with young children. The owner was accessible and very communicative in case we needed anything. Oak Island is our family’s favorite vacation spot! Everything you need or want is right there. You’ll love this vacation, so book it!

Great beach condo!

I brought my 3 kids by myself for spring break and the proximity to the beach and pier made this trip doable! The condo is exactly as pictured and super clean. Communication was the best we’ve encountered and we were even offered early check-in without asking. We will totally stay here again!
