Large house in the heart of the Three Gables Forest

Large house of 150m2 in the heart of the forest of the 3 gables (Croix St Jérome, protected site). <br><br>We rent our holiday home. A real haven of peace in the heart of the protected site of the 3 gables forest.<br><br>It consists of a 50 m2 living-dining room with a large fireplace and a large dining table. <br>The kitchen is separate from the living room and fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, bread machine). <br>5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, the other 4 are upstairs. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. There are also 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. <br>The basement includes a second living room with home cinema and table football. <br>The house is surrounded by a 3600m2 garden with several terraces and a large playground with swing. <br>The house will be the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing or simply resting with family or friends.<br><br>Logistics:<br>Many children's games are available.<br>Garden furniture and barbecue available. <br>We can be reached by phone.<br>The people who manage the housekeeping live just opposite, they will give you the keys and can answer your questions.<br>We also rent the barn (capacity 4 people) located on the same property but the entrances and gardens are independent, only the parking is shared. <br>A deposit check of 1400 euros is requested during the inventory of fixtures at the beginning of the stay (please remember, the keys will only be given in exchange for the deposit).<br><br>Linen not included. <br>A linen rental service is offered: 15 euros per double bed for a set of sheets/duvet cover/pillowcases, 10 euros for two large towels (to be confirmed a few days before your arrival and to be paid directly on site).
