Beautiful studio located in the heart of Madrid. Next to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Completely renovated in a charming building that has been totally rebuilt five years ago. Unique in the center of Madrid with a large pool in a spacious backyard.
The study consists of an open feel spacious loft where the kitchen and dining room. Here is the living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bed. The studio is fully equipped.
It is a comfortable, warm studio with lots of natural light and quiet as it is located in the building, no noise from the street. People living in this building is very friendly with their neighbors, so you'll be in a very quiet (no noise, no hassle, in the center of Madrid). You can walk to all sites of interest: tourism, cultural and gastronomic city, without having to take any public transport.
The most important museums of Madrid: El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen, Caixa Forum etc. As the Madrid de los Austrias neighborhood of the letters, the market of San Miguel, the market for the trail, you can visit Retiro Park a short stroll. The studio is located in the most strategic site and better communicated of Madrid, in every way, whether on foot or with the many public transports that has a few meters.
Also, it belongs to a very safe area of ​​central Madrid. There are four major supermarkets within a five minute walk from the apartment. You can get directly from the airport or from the train station (Atocha) to metro stations, (sun, Tirso de Molina and La Latina.) That are within a hundred meters away.
