A custom PNW Modern new build in a quiet country setting. Tons of space for guests & activities. 20 minutes to Hayward Field/University. It includes a master bedroom with tiled walk in shower, beautiful polished cement floors, outdoor fire pit, & a large porch that overlooks the property. There are 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) & a bonus room with a sofa bed. Optional sleeping arrangements can be made for more guests (one couch & room for floor mattresses.) Hosts are on site for questions.

Wonderful Property in idyllic location

I organized a week-long cycling trip with friends to Eugene and took a chance at staying just a bit out of town. The property could not have been better, the owners could not have been nicer and more wonderful. The home was clean, bright and modern. Plenty of bedrooms, a large kitchen/great room, a back deck overlooking a large yard and a wooded area - everything was perfect. The owners were thoughtful and put out towels for our group to use for wiping down bikes and had farm fresh eggs for the week. All of the appliances are modern, and the layout of the house was superb. There’s a built-in indoor/outdoor bar near the kitchen, the sliding doors to the patio open 20 feet wide making the whole home feel even larger and more connected to the outdoor area. Put it this way - every one of the group is clearing their schedule for next year so we can come back.

Amazing property!

Our group stayed for 10 nights during the recent World Athletics Championships in Eugene. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of accommodations. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos, possibly even better! The kitchen was the best stocked of any rental unit we've ever stayed in and all the bedrooms were a good size. Our group was very active, and the roads in the area are a heaven for cyclists and the runners in our group also felt quite safe on them. Everyone rated this 5+ stars in all categories and we would definitely stay again!

Great Eugene Escape!

This is an awesome property for a weekend getaway! The house is fully stocked with everything you could ever need - we were not left wanting for any item. The location and house itself was a very cool place! My favorite thing was the host dog Harley that came out and hung out with us in the backyard from time to time:) Definitely would stay again!!
