Spend your days exploring the beautiful desert mountains nearby or take advantage of the resort style pool and lazy river that Ocotillo Springs offers. Love this property

We used this property last year and came back this summer for our annual Tuachan trip. Love the closeness of the pool and short trip from Tuachan. We will be back!

Awesome Weekender!

Stayed with my 4 kiddos and had plenty of room for guests to join us! Pool was right out the back patio and made it easy to run back and forth for snack and drinks and what not. Close to Harmons Grocery and a few other eats. Will def be staying here again!!

Great location and family friendly!

Had the pool to ourselves every morning and evening. Place was clean! Very kid friendly and appreciating the dinnerware and utensils for kids. Loved how cool the property was, they weren’t trying to save money by skimping on the air conditioning like most other places on VRBO.

Great place to stay, everything was mostly clean and we enjoyed the location and pool area. Some of the towels were a little stinky/not washed properly. And the bathroom attached to the bunk room smelled of sewage for most of our trip. These were small inconveniences and overall we would stay here again.

Granddaughter’s wedding in snow Canyon

I thought the townhouse was really really nice, decorated well and well appointed. Need a Keurig coffee pot should provide coffee for that first day when you check in and Kleenex.

Everything about our stay was great! The house was clean and tidy and stocked well with kitchen essentials. The rooms are big and nice, beds are comfy! The whole family loved the pool and hot tub. It was clean and big and the slide was a hit. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved everything about this place! Super comfortable, well thought out, rooms with plenty of room for everyone. You can tell that Red Sands (property managers) are real professionals, everything exceptionally well communicated, which gives you peace of mind as a renter. This location was really convenient for exploring State and National parks, has a nice community pool and hot tub. 10/10 would rent again.

Great House

Everything was clean, well kept and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of extra linens. It was so easy to walk out the door and be where you wanted to be; pool, clubhouse, hot tub and pickleball courts. The shower door in the room with the double bed, didn't stay closed. it would be an easy repair.

Absolutely Exceptional

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place! Seriously stop reading this and just book it! The unit is so new and nice. It was hard returning back to our house. We loved the unit so much I had my parents come down and now they are thinking of buying one. Amazing pool, amazing views! Everything was perfect and the company who helped us out was so awesome and easy to deal with!!!

Great location, great amenities! We really enjoyed the pickle ball court so the having the balls and paddles available were a huge plus. Very minor maintenance issues were not a big deal but should be mentioned. We had problems with a dead smoke alarm battery, garage door sensor and a ceiling fan knock.

Lovely condo

Nice condo complex. Very close to Snow Canyon and to Harmons. As the rest of our family was staying in a condo with a pool, we did not use the communal facilities, but they appeared to be very nice. The house was very clean. If stairs are an issue for you, this condo may be a challenge. Only negatives were that the directions to the condo were confusing; and there were several items on the condo's checklist that were not there when we got there. Other than that, a very nice experience.

Labor Day Weekend Stay 2020

i would love to have given this a better rating, That being said I would try them again and re-review if we stay out this way again because they were responsive to the issues we did have. The setup was perfect as we had two families consisting of 4 adults & 4 children. Plenty of room and absolutely LOVED the fact each room had its own bathroom. The kids Bunk room is just as pictured - I guess I didn't notice that the bottom bunk is literally on the floor so there is no space between the floor and bed but the kids loved it. Coming in I was like whoever is managing this or the owner is obsessive as their is little notes in bathrooms, inside cabinets ect. Lists of what they have, notes on if the towels get dirty you may be charged, take out the trash to curb or you will be charged ect. BUT I also figured then it mustbe in good order and we do our best to take care of the items we use so it would be no problem. We got in later and then put away our items and groceries and normally I always run the dishwasher of all utensils before we use them. It was a good thing as many were dirty. We pulled plates out of the cupboard that were greasy and dirty and a pan that was full of rust, when you rubbed your finger it just wiped off. Kitchen sheet pans were also dirty. We had to wash everything before we could eat as we did not bring paper goods as we were staying in a VRBO for a reason. Honestly think this is a cleaning company issue but may be an owner issue if they don't expect all dishes to be cleaned before next guest's. Especially with Covid (an eye opener for me) I would assume that these dishes were used by previous guest and washed by hand very poorly at that and then put back in a cabinet so without a cleaner inspecting dishes they wouldn't know. The kitchen is not well stocked if you are bringing a family or multiple families. There was not very many dishes with lids to put left overs in. There was ONE medium size frying pan, just one, making scrambled eggs for eight people and having sausage to cook on stove top left us having to do things one at a time. There could really use some more cooking & baking items items. there is one plastic spatula that has been used and is all melted that should or could be replaced. We all went to go to bed and the Queen bedroom had hairs all in the bed and what seemed like dried blood stains. Again we were going to deal with it, Stripped the bed and went to look for linen to change - There was no extra Queen sheets anywhere. So we had to wash all that bedding before that family could go to sleep. I text the property manager that evening of the pan picture and bedding pictures. Again this is a cleaners issue. Property management was very kind and offered to come the next day to re-clean or waive the fee. Since we were gone and all our things were in the house and we had already cleaned the dishes and bedding we declined having them come. So the responsiveness was great. The porch had an ant infestation, we went and bought spray as those things occur but we wanted to reduce our exposure with the kids. The Regulator went bad on the gas grill our Third Night in the middle of trying to cook. We again notified the property management and we went to the club house grill to finish the cooking. The types of steps they have to go out the back to the pool are a little dangerous for small children and larger adults or adults with age type issues. They are rocks basically. Most of the other condos have actually cement or block steps that are more stable and safe. We actually asked the people next to us if we could use their steps to go up and down, the were kind and we did. ALL OF THIS IS fixable items. Add items to the kitchen for real family use. Add to what the cleaners should be doing ect. WE LOVED the location to the things we had planned, we loved the kids could go outside the back porch straight to the pool and splash area. All that being said we would try this home out again. It was the perfect size had tv's in all the rooms.
