Sun-Rise is a modern 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. You will be embraced in warmth and comfort as soon as you walk through the front door. Morning's will quickly become your favorite time of day, as you sip a hot coffee on your private balcony, while the sun rises over snow canyon. Spend your days adventuring through the desert mountains or swimming at the resort style pool and waterpark at Paradise Village. The expansive, fully equipped kitchen, grill, and indoor/outdoor seating make hosting friends and family a breeze! Take a walk along one of the many walk/bike baths right out your front door for a nice sunset stroll. After a long day in the sun, wind down in your own private hot tub, under the starry desert sky. Great Home with Perfect Access to Pools

Beautiful home! The accomodations were great and fit my family prefectly. We all had our own bathroom, bedroom, and lots of room for gathering and eating. We enjoyed the pools which were just a short walk to both. I do not have young children but my older children had the times of their lives! We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great Home!

We enjoyed everything the home and community had to offer! It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Red Sands texted often and made sure everything was going well and asked if we needed any items which was appreciated! We would definitely book again!

We had a great time, the accomodations were great, it fit us perfect. We all had our own bathroom, bedroom, and lots of room for gathering and eating. We enjoyed all the pools which were just a very short walk away from our fromnt door. We will be back again.

Perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay at this home! Perfect for a family get away especially if you have children. So many things close by without having to drive far. Your beautiful house and community were so relaxing, clean, very accessible and quiet for the most part. Perfect family getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay. With 6 kids, staying at a hotel means we have to get 2 to 3 rooms, which is ridiculously expensive. This house was so beautiful and had the perfect accommodations for our 4 boys and 2 daughters because they each had a room to share (2 bunk beds for the boys, queen bed for the girls) and each bedroom had a private bathroom, which was great! We will definitely be coming back!

Great Place for Families!

2 families stayed in this condo and we were more then comfortable!! The beds were great, the kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of towels, and the 2 pool areas in the complex were a huge favorite of the kids! There is 2 pack and plays in the condo for little ones; I wish it had listed that because it would have been one last thing we had to pack there, so just FYI!! The balcony off the upstairs bedroom had beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

Best chill vacation

This was perfect for our week getaway to just chill and relax. We love Paradise Village and love to stay here anytime we go to St George. This particular rental was in the perfect spot to get to both pools, to walk the path/bike trail at the nearby park and to pickle ball courts. We love the lazy River, my teens and adult children really enjoyed it! I do wish the fitness center at paradise village was in better repair, but the condo we stayed in was great! The kitchen is well stocked and they even had some pool toys we could use. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Paradise Village 58

The house was beautiful and the customer service from Red Sands was excellent. We thought we just didn't know how to use the remotes so Red Sands had maintenance come right over. The remotes were fine, this house just doesn't have cable service, so no TV. Luckily we had an iPad so we could stream the Thanksgiving day football games - if that wasn't the case it would have been an issue. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows.

Fun Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed pretty clean and decently stocked. We did feel that the carpet and orange chairs and bed pillows and covers could really use a good steam clean. Our feet were black from walking around barefoot. Most homes we've stayed at have had seran wrap and aluminum foil, which were not provided in the kitchen which would've been really nice to have. I also noticed there was no peeler or wisk in the kitchen, both of which would've been useful. The shower basic staples were nice since my kids didn't bring their stuff. We enjoy this area and the pools!

Overall, our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the amenities of the home and community. The sheets on the upstairs king bed had several yellow stains, which were unappealing. I suggest getting new sheets rather than continuing to use the stained ones. We also tried to use the vacuum to clean up some crumbs, but the vacuum spit out dust/debris when turned on. A vacuum in working order would be helpful. Besides these two issues, the home is well kept and we would stay here again.

Lots of fun in the Sun!

Very well maintained home with all the amenities for home away from home. The home was clean upon arrival but there were 4 cockroaches that made appearances while we were there. Other than that the home was impeccably clean. The only reason I didnt give the stay a 5 star rating was that the cleaners showed up before checkout time and informed us it was checkout time. Also we went to the kids pool the day of our departure but they didnt start the pumps on the slides until after 10 AM even though it was clearly posted that the pool opened at 9 AM. I would stay here again but management needs to address the cockroach, pool and cleaning service problems.

Paradise Village

None of the garbage bins had bags in them, and it was very frustrating to have to hunt down the mini bags and do a chore before starting our vacation. Also, the main hot tub was open so we thought it's be fine even though the water was green, murky, and smelled like old dirty socks. However, the next day, the kids who had gone in the hot tub were throwing up or having diarrhea. Anyone who didn't go in the hot tune was fine. It ruined half of our trip, yet the only compensation the company was willing to give us was 15% off an extra night 😒. Other than that the home was great, but these other struggles sucked.

Amazing Vacation Rental!

Paradise Village 58 was an amazing place to stay for a week. It was everything we could have imagined and more! Every bed was comfortable, every towel was soft (and there are a ton of them), the hot tub was a welcome respite at the end of every day! The kitchen has enough place settings for even the largest family and the outdoor grill was great to have! This is a very well equipped unit that is in wonderful condition and well cared for. Every bedroom also has its own bathroom, so there is a lot of room for privacy within the house. I can't imagine a better place to stay! The internet isn't the fastest, and there is no cable tv (lots of streaming shows) - but these are things you really don't need to be doing on vacation! The pools are super clean and well maintained and the water park and lazy river are a great part of this community - fun for Kids and adults! It would be great if they added some pool/beach toys so you don't have to make an extra trip to Walmart. Next time we will bring our own. I would have to say this is one of the best and well located rentals we have stayed in.
