La vacanza perfetta!

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni bellissimi insieme ai nostri due bimbi. La casa, non me l'aspettavo ma è SUPER attrezzata, non bisogna portare NIENTE con se. La bellissima vista sulla montagna dal 5 piano permette di godarsi i tramonti colorati della Toscana cenando sul balcone, che non sembra sulle foto, però è bello grande. L'apartamento orientato a ovest, permette di avere la temperature piacevole tutto il giorno. Se fa caldo, si accende l'aria condizionata, che fonziona bene. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo però attrezzato bene, tutti i servizi necessari sono a qualche passi. (per le madre ansiose come me, la farmacia è sotto la casa) Due volte alla settimana c'ė un mercato ampio, che si allarga nel tutto il quartiere. Le prima spiaggie sono vicine, anche con due bambini si fa senza fatica a piedi. Essagerando, in 10 minuti ci siamo. Per chi piace il suo conforto, il posto per parcheggiare la macchina si trova sempre di fronte alle spiagge. Comunque per le mie esigenze direi, la posizione è perfetta, perché siamo vicino al centro e le spiagge per divertirsi, poi torniamo facilmente a piedi e dormiamo nella zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Il proprietario molto disponibile, gentile e si interessa sul svolgimento del soggiorno, si assicura che manca niente. Grazie Fabio per il bellissimo soggiorno, noi di sicuro torneremo l'anno prossimo! Ciao ciao

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht

Tolles Objekt. Man kann im Ort alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Nur wenn man Filterkaffee möchte, sollte man alles nötige mitbringen. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Toskanaurlaub ohne Erholung und leider ohne jegliches Landschaftsbild der Toskana

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber hat aber absolut nicht den positiven Bewertungen entsprochen, die wir über sie gelesen haben. Sie liegt am nördlichen Teil der Toskana mitten in einem Wohngebiet mit mehrstöckigen Wohnblocks in Plattenbauweise. Sie ist für eine Belegung mit zwei Personen mit Normalgröße ungeeignet, da das Bett sehr schmal ist. Der Liegekomfort war sehr schlecht (sehr harte und durchgelegene Matratze). Aufgrund der vorherrschenden Lärmkulisse, dem modrigen Geruch im Haus/Wohnung und der Lage der Wohnung kam absolut kein Urlaubsgefühl auf weswegen wir unseren Urlaub auf eigene Kosten abgebrochen haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war anonym und die Adressangabe unvollständig. Eine Weiterempfehlung ist alles in allem nicht möglich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet und es stimmt überhaupt nicht, dass das Gebäude ein Plattenbau ist. Wie Sie sagten, es gibt keine Bewertung, die von einem schmalen Bett und muffigem Geruch spricht, das Bett ist normal! Was den Kontakt betrifft, hat mein Onkel Ihnen nicht nur per WhatsApp eine SMS geschickt, sondern Ihnen auch den Schlüssel gegeben und Sie zum Haus begleitet. Außerdem habe ich eine Nachricht, in der Sie mir geschrieben haben, dass die Wohnung sehr schön ist!

Netter Urlaub in Marina di Carrara

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe und hübschen Details ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles an Zubehör (Geschirr, Haarfön, Bügelbrett,Bügeleisen etc.)vorhanden, sogar Ersatzglühlampen und Batterien. Es war sehr sauber,die Terrasse ist sehr groß und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war super sauber, hatte alle notwendigen Ausstattungsgegenstände und der Balkon ist auch sehr groß! Viel größer als auf den Bildern, es passt locker ein Wäscheständer und ein Tisch mit Stühlen drauf. Der Ausblick ist toll in Richtung Berge und auf einen kleinen grünen Pinienwald. Morgens Schatten und Abends einen tollen Sonnenuntergang (Ende August). Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt im Erdgeschoss, ein großer 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, alles andere schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns geholfen oder hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, vielen Dank nochmal! Der nächste Strand ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, man läuft durch die Stadt, was aber auf jeden Fall machbar war. Der Sandstrand am Public Beach war sehr sauber und der Zugang zum Meer super! Während Corona unbedingt vorher informieren, es kann sein, dass man über beacharound.com (ganz unkompliziert und kostenlos) einen Strandplatz reservieren muss. Alles in allem ein super schöner Aufenthalt!

Appartamento pulito e curato, per 4 risulta un po' misurato. La zona è tranquilla ma distante dal mare. Dall' appartamento non si vede il mare come invece sembrerebbe da una delle foto che descrive l' appartamento. Il sig. Fabio, attraverso SMS, si è fatto sentire più volte per accertarsi che andasse tutto bene.

Se si riferisce alla foto dove si vede il mare (l'unica) nella didascalia vi è scritto "gli stabilimenti balneari", nella descrizione della casa non si parla in nessun punto che dall'appartamento si vede il mare.

L’appartamento è un bilocale funzionale moderno e pulito perfetto per una coppia. L’ampio terrazzo con vista sulle montagne è molto fresco al mattino, mentre per il pomeriggio che risulta più caldo la casa è dotata di aria condizionata! È sito in posizione comoda per i principali servizi (parcheggio condominiale, supermercato, farmacia, panetteria etc etc tutto comodamente sotto casa )..la spiaggia dista circa 10/15 minuti! Ringraziamo Fabio e sua zia per la gentilezza con cui ci hanno accolto!

Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus ist immer vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Fabio war immer ansprechbar und hat auch nützliche Tipps und Hinweise für Unternehmungen gegeben. Restaurationen sind reichlich vorhanden und fußläufig gut erreichbar. Vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Stupendo appartamento, comodo e accogliente

Appartamento perfetto, come da descrizione, molto pulito al nostro arrivo. Curato e si vede la recente ristrutturazione. Palazzo con ascensore, e parcheggio condominiale molto utile. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per circa 15 gg, una coppia con una bimba piccola e una gatta. Il lettino della piccola e stato posizionato nella camera da letto, cosi il divano poteva essere aperto per essere sfruttato. Utile l'aria condizionata e bellissimo il balcone/terrazzo per pranzare fuori. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Il nostro stabilimento con il nostro passo lento distava 20 minuti. Ma spesso usavamo la macchina essendoci i parcheggi comodi. Molto bello e grande il mercato del giovedi, proprio sotto casa. In conclusione consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare in questo appartamento, per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassata a Marina di Carrara.

Appartement bien situé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur , très bien équipé et belle vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse.Parking privé et Supermarché au bas de la résidence et autres magasins très proches.Plage à 15/20 mn à pied. Avons été très satisfaits de cette location où nous avons séjourné du 17 juin au 08 Juillet 2017 et que nous recommandons. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques et réactifs à toutes questions.
