"The Boulders" - A Watch Hill Five Bedroom House

Access all the beaches of Watch Hill while enjoying this property in the privacy of the historic "Watch Hill Woods" on 1.5 acres. Beautiful open lawn, mature trees and scenic backyard view with boulders and wildlife. Outdoor shower, small frog pond, Cedarworks play set and two-level deck. Upper deck with dining table and chairs, gas grill, a retractable awning and a small roofed living room space. Larger lower deck offers Adirondack bench and chairs, cast iron fire pit and covered additional outdoor couch and chairs.

Home was remodeled, including renovated kitchen and bathrooms, new carpets and floors. Home features cathedral ceilings, open living dining space, two working wood fireplaces, new Smart TVs, central A/C and Sonos sound system.

Upper level is a full floor master suite with high ceilings, living room area/office space with TV and large master bath.

Main level encompasses kitchen, den, open dining and living space with cathedral ceilings and windows, two bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath.

Lower level has two bedrooms, full bath and an additional living room with TV and wet bar. Whole house was refurnished with a coastal chic vibe.

Two car garage, plus additional bonus "game garage" with ping pong table, hockey nets/sticks and Foosball table.

Two minutes drive (or 10 minute walk) to Avondale Marinas for Ocean boating, 5 minutes drive to Watch Hill village shops restaurants, Napatree Point Beach access, East Beach and Ocean House and 10 minutes drive to Weekapaug Inn.

We had a wonderful Christmas Holiday week at The Boulders! The property had ample space for all our family activities and the sleeping accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed the fireplace in the main living room and there was room for the 8 of us to snuggle on the lower level couches to watch Christmas movies! Close to the Ocean House activities and town! Can't wait to return!

Excellent family summer vacation

The property could not have been better for us to vacation with our two children and their families with 4 children who are between 6 and 3. We had more than enough room, a wonderful yard, complete with swings, enough room to play wiffleball and a garage set up with games etc. The house was beautifully equipped and it was in a perfect location. So much to do and the beach very close by.

The Boulders was everything it was billed to be, and more. A fabulous property, inside and out. Ample space for a group to congregate, in the great room, a main floor den, a basement den (with kitchenette), and an outdoor deck and separate patio. A well appointed kitchen. Beautiful home and property

This home was the perfect spot for my group of 8. The location is ideal and the home has everything you'd need. The yard is beautifully manicured and the multiple outdoor seating areas allow you to enjoy nature. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The host was super accommodating and helpful. My group will definitely return!

Tnkanksgiving with family

The house and location were great for our family of four (kids 17 and 14) to spend a Thanksgiving weekend with grandparents from out of town. The proximity to Westerly, Stonington, and Mystic was great (the Pequot Museum is a must). The House was perfect for spending time all together, and the kids had their own spaces to retreat. The game shed was fun for playing ping pong! I highly recommend this place for off-season stays (although summer would be pretty epic!).

The house is gorgeous and really clean. Easy drive to Mystic for the aquarium and Seaport Museum. We had a group of 6 adults 6 small kids and the house was perfect for all of us. Kitchen had all the supplies needed to prepare meals. Kat was quick in responding. Thank you!

The house was lovely. So many indoor and outdoor areas to relax and visit with our group of 7 friends. The house was so warm and welcoming, we almost didn't want to leave to explore the gorgeous area! Booking was easy and our host, Kat, was quick to respond to my inquiries prior to our arrival. The Best!

This is a beautiful, comfortable home. Well equipped snd well appointed with everything we could need. Near several beaches. We were 6 adults and three little ones under two and everyone's accommodations were perfect. This is an ideal place for a family vacation. The owner was a delight to work with. A perfect stay - Highly recommend!

We rented for a quiet quarantine NYE with a few of our friends including two 18month yr olds and this house was all we needed and more. It was perfectly clean, modern and even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The Sonos system, outdoor fireplace, game room and huge backyard were all added bonuses. I assume its even more enjoyable in the summer and we hope we can take advantage of that some day. Communication with Kat before and during our stay was stellar as well!

One of the best...

Fabulous stay at The Boulders. Home was equipped with everything one could want. We were there over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had it all.. even the string we needed for our turkey! The back deck/ yard is fabulous on a nice day. The layout of the home is perfect for two families. The great room is an amazing space for family to convene for cocktails, conversation and games. Kat was easy and great to work with. Five stars all around

Beautiful home in beautiful setting

Just terrific. House was gorgeous with tasteful furniture and furnishings. Everything we needed was provided- from towels and linens to kitchen appliances to dishes to condiments and kitchen staples and even toilet paper! The grounds were an autumnal delight,and there was plenty of outdoor sitting areas etc. The town of Watch Hill is beautiful with lots of places to walk and beaches/harbors/lighthouse and views across to Block Island.
