This Condo may be an exception to our above Winter Snow Conditions disclaimer. It is located right off of Highway 70 and although it is in the mountains, the road and property are flat, so unless we get a major snow storm you should be alright without 4wd. Although, keep in mind that we are a mountain town and you will need 4wd throughout our village.

This is a very cool condo! It has lots of Ruidoso and Lincoln County charm throughout, and everything you desire to have a wonderful vacation getaway. Enjoy the heated indoor pool and hot tub, plus game room! Close to Billy the Kid Casino and Racetrack! Also just a couple miles from Midtown.

Cozy Cabin

Good stay in decent place for the price. Only had two towels and wash cloths and three of us staying for week. Ran out of toilet paper because of only one roll there but we had some with us and bought some towels and wash cloths at Walmart because it was to late to go to office. Over all good stay.

Overall a cute place just needs a few things cleaned

Rooms need carpet cleaned n new pillows they smelled n flat . Bath tub needs scrubbed … Other than that very pleased with the stay n very cute …

Weekend retreat

Decided to get a way for the weekend and meet family from New Mexico. The condo was great, location was great. All the amenities were as they showed on the website. Will definitely look into staying here again.
