Whip up anything from your morning coffee to full-course meals in a well-equipped kitchen. Dine together at the table for six. And claim your own corner of the living area where you can watch your favorite movies or TV shows on the large flat screen TV and catch views of the emerald waters. On-site, the resort offers a number of amenities and activities including tennis, racquetball, an indoor-outdoor pool, fitness center, and two different restaurants. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
While the adjacent beach and on-site amenities offer almost limitless opportunities for pleasure and entertainment, this resort is also conveniently close to parks, restaurants, and numerous shopping opportunities. Challenge the fairways of several fantastic golf courses throughout the area, especially those over in Destin, just 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north of your condo, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210-acres of the fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
