Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement bien agencé, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, le frigo très grand tout comme l'espace de rangement et la plaque de cuisson ; le lit est confortable ainsi que le couchage sur le canapé, la salle de bain est assez grande ainsi que la terrasse. Un seul point négatif : comme il n'y a ni parasol ni banne on est en plein soleil dès 13h30, il faut donc déjeuner tôt, et s'il pleut il semble très compliqué de manger à l'intérieur car la petite table pliable prévu à cet effet n'est que pour 2 personnes, d'ailleurs si cet appartement est tout à fait viable à 4 une semaine quand il fait très beau, il est, je pense, plus adapté pour 2. De plus la piscine est vraiment très bien. Nous recommandons cette location.

J'y ai séjourné avec mes deux filles du 13/08/2021 au 27/08/2021. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Résidence parfaite, calme et familiale. L'appartement était propre et bien situé. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre dans le centre de Saint-Raphaël, plages à proximité et de belles randonnées à effectuer. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Bref on y retournera certainement!

Calme assuré

Résidence très au calme, offrant de belle ballade autour du golf. Nous avons apprécié le petit jardin privatif ainsi que la belle piscine. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre à la plage et faire les courses. Pour que la location soit parfaite, un store banne et 2 transats serait un plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour bercés par le chant des cigales.

Merci pour votre appréciation, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez pu profiter du calme de la résidence et de ses jolies balades aux alentours. Malheureusement le règlement de copropriété nous interdit désormais d'ajouter un store ainsi que d'apporter des transats autour de la piscine mais nous espérons tout de même vous accueillir avec Ginnie de nouveau l'an prochain!
