It consists of 2 levels: the first is accessible by the street, it consists of a garage, a living room sofa/ television with access to the balcony and its splendid sea view, two bedrooms (1 bed in 180 and 1 bed in 160), a bathroom and a desk.
On the ground floor: two bedrooms (1 bed in 180, 1 bed in 160) including a master suite with its bathroom, a bathroom, a laundry, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and two living/dining rooms with large windows overlooking the cala. Enjoy the terrace and its beautiful garden furniture for aperitifs with friends, meals with family, or to read the sound of the waves of the cala. Direct access on foot to the cala by a path in front of the villa. Private mooring buoy available at the foot of the villa with landing. We offer a "para hotelier" service with concierge/laundry service.
