Great family holiday!

Just returned from a great week at this property. The property was comfortable and stylish and the location overlooking the bay makes you not want to leave! The beach is a short walk away and during the week we had it all to ourselves. Thanks to Anita for being so helpful in arranging the holiday. We hope to see you again!

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und haben das gesamte Gebäude mit einer befreundeten Familie genutzt. Es ist in diesem Falle sehr angenehm, da das Objekt damit sehr großzügig ist. Bei alleiniger Nutzung der Villa de l'Anse mag das etwas anders sein, was wir aber nicht beurteilen können. Ansonsten ein schönes, modernes Objekt das landschaftlich sehr schön liegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war reibungslos.

Les 2 villas sont en fait une maison scindée en 2. Très bien située mais bénéficiant d'une vue de second rang, la villa de l'anse a beaucoup d'équipements, vélos, paddle etc. La procédure d'arrivée autonome est à valider au préalable pour de perdre du temps. Pour les amateurs de poisson seul le marché du Conquet offre un réel choix. Un bon séjour dans cette pittoresque région.

Un peu déçu car d'après les photos, on pensait que c'était l'autre villa qu'on avait louer car les photos ne sont pas bien détaillées ! Donc on n'a trouvé que c'était un peu juste ! Mais la villa était très bien malgré cela.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette villa très bien organisée, aménagée dans un souci de confort et de raffinement. La villa est très propre, et très bien équipée. La vue sur mer est splendide et la proximité de la plage est très appréciable - c'est encore mieux que la description !! La communication avec Anita avant le séjour était simple est précise, et l'accueil était très chaleureux. Les explications données étaient complétées par le dossier d'informations qui comptait de nombreux renseignements utiles sur les activités, restaurants, bonnes adresses, etc. Il s'agit d'une prestation d'une rare qualité. Merci !! We had a wonderful stay in this excellent villa which is well organised and decorated with a great deal of thought for all the little details. The villa is very clean, well thought out and well equipped. The sea view is spectacular, and the beach really is just a few minutes away... It was really easy to communicate with Anita before our stay, and we were very warmly welcomed. All the explanations given were completed by the information booklet which contains all sorts of useful information on the various activities around, where to eat, where to go and so on... The whole thing was outstanding. Thanks!!

Une très belle location

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine dans cette très belle maison. Ville très bien équipée, confortable et moderne rien ne nous a manqué. La vue sur la mer d'Iroise est magnifique et la plage à 5 min est abritée. Nous conseillons cette location et y reviendrons nous même lors de nos prochaines vacances dans le Léon.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Wir hatten zwei schöne, erholsame Wochen in der Villa de l´Anse. Die Lage vom Haus ist toll und hat von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Wohnung war sauber, es gab ein nettes Begrüßungsgeschenk, die Betten waren bezogen und es gab dicke Handtücher! Eine Nespressomaschine + Kaffeekapseln waren eine angenehme Überraschung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im ganzen Haus gibt es Rolläden, was uns "Dunkelschlafern" sehr entgegen kam! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und problemlos. Es gibt zwar Internet im Haus, aber leider hatten wir sehr oft keinen Zugang und es war extrem langsam. Die Wohnung ist für 4 - 6 Personen ausgeschrieben, aber das geht eigentlich gar nicht. 4 Personen sind das Maximum. Wer mit Kindern reist, die evtl. noch im Kinderzimmer spielen wollen, muss bedenken, dass es da nur zwei Betten gibt und ansonsten kein Platz vorhanden ist. Wir sind zu dritt gereist, das war o.k. Wenn noch eine fünfte oder sechste Person auf der Schlafcouch im Wozi schlafen, wird es extrem eng. Da das Haus ja aus zwei Wohnungen besteht, die nur durch eine Tür getrennt sind, war es z.T. sehr hellhörig und da wir recht laute Nachbarn + lauter Hunde in der zweiten Woche hatten, war es manchmal etwas nervig. Der nächste kleine Strand ist ca. 300 m entfernt. Im Ort selbst gibt es am größeren Strand ein paar kleine Lokale und ein Souvenirgeschäft. Wir waren oft mit unseren Rädern unterwegs oder in den umliegenden Orten (Empfehlung: Morlaix, ca. 60 km, sehr schönes Städtchen).

Dear Sylvia, Thank you for your comment. We made our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are very sorry about the noise during the second week. Usually guests of thee villa are quiet and looking for quietness. We are going to ask to a professional to better insulate the door between the 2 apartments. Regarding the internet connection, we changed the wifi device by 2 time but apparently, it's not the solution. Thus, a cable is to be installed by a specialist at the end of september to provide high seed connection in the villa de l'anse. We hope that you keep a good memory of your stay in Brittany. Magnifique endroit

La location est en tout point conforme à la description. Le cadre est très agréable, calme, avec une magnifique vue sur mer. La décoration est très soignée, la maison dispose de tous les équipement nécessaires pour un séjour confortable, y compris des vélos à disposition, et une carte de randonnée du GR qui passe au bout du jardin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce bel endroit, car la semaine s'est écoulée beaucoup trop vite.
