Family apartment

Great location, it has all that you need. We are a family of five and all slept comfortably. We cooked meals in and the apartment is well equipped.

Very Clean and modern apartment

Julien's apartment is very clean and thoroughly organized. It has an elevator too! The check-in and check-out instructions are very clear and he was available when we had questions! We were skeptical about the neighborhood, but it's very lively! The train station is literally across and all the shops and restaurants are so close! Our teen was happy with the sofabed as that's where the ac was, while we are happy with the table fan in the bedroom. When the widows are all closed, we heard no noise from outside. Thank you, Julien, for keeping your place so clean and organized; it really shows!

Bien équipé

Belle déco et appartement très bien équipé. L’emplacement n’est pas au centre mais près de la gare. Ce n’est pas trop gênant car à pied tout est à proximité et après il y a le tram juste à côté.

très satisfaits de notre séjour à Nice, très bon accueil, appartement extrêmement propre. Proche de toutes les commodités et proche du vieux Nice. les propriétaires sont par ailleurs très arrangeants et très agréables.

Schöne praktische Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Größe ist natürlich nicht immens, aber man reist auch nicht nach Nizza, um in der Wohnung zu sein; daher ist die Größe der Wohnung für uns (2 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) genau richtig gewesen. Das Bad ist sehr niedlich, aber völlig ausreichend. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, ist zu bemerken, dass die Parkplatzsuche sehr mühsam sein kann. Für Zugreisende ist die Wohnung perfekt, da sie unweit des Bahnhofs liegt. Die Wohnung hat in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, die tatellos funktioniert, allerdings benötigt man die kaum, da sich die Wohnung über den Tag nicht nennenswert aufheizt. Einziges kleines Manko waren zusätzliche Reinigungskosten (80 €), die im Inserat nicht genannt waren, auf die man aber direkt nach der Reservierung aufmerksam gemacht wurde (also wäre dann noch kostenfreies Stornieren möglich gewesen).

Appartement très agréable, et bien agencé et conforme aux photos A deux pas du Tramway Gare de Thiers Tout peut ensuite se faire à pieds (Rejoindre Jean Médecin, Massena , la vieille ville, la promenade des anglais...) Propriétaire sympathique et disponible Une adresse à conserver précieusement
