Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen and separate WC. Upstairs (staircase with staggered steps): 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden (1: 140x200 bed + dressing room, 2: 2 90x200 beds), bathroom/wc (shower + bath) and mezzanine with desk. Additional equipment: wifi, CD/DVD players, baby equipment (bed, chair...). Included: electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels. Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning charge €80 (compulsory for professional customers: €65). Animals: €100 deposit. Pornichet 4 km, La Baule 12 km, Guérande 18 km.
