In the peaceful countryside, 35 km from Angers and 5 km from the Loire River, this detached barn, located near the owners' house, has been renovated with respect for its heritage and the environment (Ecogîte label). It features a 300 m² semi-enclosed private garden with a south-facing terrace and a vast natural area surrounding the gîte. A salt-water swimming pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owners, dimensions 10x5m).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (wood stove), small TV lounge, 1 bedroom (140x190cm bed), and a disabled-accessible shower room/toilet.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (4 single beds, 2 of which can be joined together), shower room/toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby equipment upon request (crib, bathtub, and high chair).
Included: Sheets (beds made), electricity (excluding electric car charging), and aerothermal underfloor heating.
Not included: Wood (stove - €10/crate of wood), towels (€5/person), and cleaning fee (mandatory for business customers - €90).
