Gîte Ambroisie great comfort with a view on the vineyard

At the heart of a vineyard of 66 hectares, you will be welcome in a modern and very comfortable, in a quiet and friendly. On request you can enjoy a visit of the estate, cellar and tasting on site.

The Gîte Artémisia is a large cottage of very good comfort including on the ground floor: A living room with a kitchen and dining area. A bathroom adapted to PMR with WC. The whole opens on a large private terrace of 33 m2, facing south, facing the vineyards.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 x 200 (can be closer). The 2 bedrooms have their private bathroom and 1 bedroom in the bathroom. The WC of the floor is independent.

Tourist attractions: The estate is located a few minutes walk from a lake with supervised swimming in summer at 1 km (La Cesse river), the audoise beaches of the Mediterranean are located at 35 km, the medieval city of Carcassonne is located at 50 km.

J'aurais envie de garder cette adresse pour moi mais je vais quand même vous la partager tellement elle est fantastique. L'environnement, l'accueil, les prestations tout est réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables. À proximité de lieux de visites et des plages, si vous passez par là, n'hésitez pas à faire une halte au Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte.Je recommande

Toller und entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenies unterwegs. Da waren der Pool und WLAN besonders wichtig :) Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was wir uns gewünscht hatten. Eigene Bäder zu den Schlafzimmern, eine tolle große Terrasse und die ruhige Lage waren uns sehr wichtig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben sehr gerne und viel zusammen gekocht. Einzig ein größerer Topf wäre noch vorteilhaft gewesen. Morgens haben wir frische Baguette immer im Intermarche gekauft. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 3 Minuten da. Zum Einkaufen eignet sich auch ein Casino Supermarkt in ca. 7 Autominuten sehr gut. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Zum Strand sind wir meistens nach Narbonne Plage gefahren (ca. 35 Minuten). Für Ausflüge eignen sich natürlich Carcasonne oder Narbonne sehr gut. Im kleinen Nachbarort fand an einem Wochenende ein Weinfest statt. So konnten wir uns Samstag Abend mal unter die Einheimischen mischen. Wenn wir uns noch etwas wünschen könnten, so hätten wir Fahrräder zum Ausleihen in der Ferienwohnung noch toll gefunden, um mal am Kanal entlang zu radeln. Besuchen Sie unbedingt den Verkauf vom Weingut. Neben Wein gibt es auch ein paar tolle regionale Produkte, die sich wunderbar als Mitbringsel eignen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung bzw. das Weingut sehr gerne weiter.
