This spacious new villa (91m2) equipped to a high standard in a contemporary style and equipped for 6-8 people. The villa also enjoys a large private fenced terrace facing south (55m2). The terrace has a canopy for the Shadowsworn. The house is part of a group of 11 houses, which are secured by electronic gates. There is a large living / dining room (29 sqm), the spacious, fully equipped kitchen adjoins (11qm). Upstairs is a balcony (8m2) with table and chairs. There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets. The first bathroom has both a bath (80x180) and separate shower (90x90). The second bathroom has a shower. There is a large garage (18m2) and private parking
