Property itself was great, plenty of room! Elevator broke while there. They need to update furniture and kitchen wear. Pool was super nice and clean!

Had an issue with the ac on the main level of the house the first night but maintance showed up the next and fixed what needed to be fix. The property could def be updated just to match current trends but not a big deal.

Nice location lots of issues with house.

I’ve already submitted this once, but I am doing so again because I got an email. Two bathrooms were not usable due to broken shower door in one and bathtub that leaked into the living room in three different places. Refrigerator leaked. All three ice makers did not work. There was no hot tub, but it was advertised that it did have a hot tub. Big cockroaches found on main level.

Two sides of the coin...

The positives: close to uncrowded beach, private pool, large roomy house w/all en-suite rooms, allows dogs which many places dont. The negatives: old really worn decor (think 1980’s) tiny 20 inch TV’s, no cleaning products, they don’t move furniture to clean, roaches the size of small cigars, worn beat up furniture, deck in really bad shape with rusty nails (tetanus shot anyone?), broken deck chairs, small refrigerator relative to size of house. Verdict: There was a reason it was the last available house. It’s not worth the summer markup. I would definitely not stay here again. The owners need to invest in this property with modest upgrades
