UNSAFE-FILTHY-BROKEN-UNUSABLE

We didn’t expect a 5 start property but THIS was ridiculous. blood on sheets, filthy floors (black gunk on tile), broken hot tub/pack-n-play, broken outlet in kitchen by water, fridge didn't cool or freeze, bracket for a blind fell off (wouldn't stay on- stripped out) and hit a kid on the head- just to list a few things. I talked to the management company- they promised to fix things & refund the cleaning fee and more- they didn't do anything! They should have bent over backwards to make sure the 5 babies/kids and the 10 adults were getting what we paid for! I am so irrate!

Not what it seems

The pictures makes it look beautiful, and it could be.. but it’s not at the moment! The living room furniture was terrible!! You sit on it, and sink soo low, no springs left. Beds are ok, not great. Carpet is filthy it all needs to be replaced!! Outside furniture is falling apart. We found dirty underwear behind bedroom furniture dirty clothes in the drawer so the property was not cleaned very well. The hot tub never worked put into service calls never got fixed. And the outside needs to be power washed and painted, it’s nasty. We cleaned it when we arrived and made the best of it, but would not rent again.

Cant wait for next year!

Great location! This house provided everything we could need and more! Loved the 2 refrigerators and extra ice maker. I know some people mentioned it could use some love but with 3 under 3 it relaxed us that the walls were a bit bumped and the carpets were older. I’ve been in homes that were so clean that I stayed on pins and needles. Cant wait to come back in 2022!

This property was not at all as described. Only entry to house has broken door knob, and if a fire no other door way out. Needs another access to house. Missing hardware on some kitchen cabinets. At least two towel bars missing in two bathrooms. No large serving trays or bowls. Carpets are very worn and dirty. One couch had broken springs and you almost sink to floor. Patio furniture is not new and wicker unraveling. Many light fixtures missing bulbs or bulbs burnt out. One lamp we put a new bulb in and still could not get to work even after trying another outlet and several switches. Cockroaches (palmetto bugs) found three times during the week. Paint was dirty and needs a fresh coat. Curtains and bed linens all very dated and need removed/replaced. Fence/gate around pool is in need of repair and paint. Would definitely not recommend this property.

Birthday Get-Away

The size and location of the home was great. Kitchen stocked with all essential plates, bowls and utensils. View of Ocean was great from the large porches. Only negatives would be property needed some cosmetic updating. Many towel bars in baths came out of wall and carpet in bedrooms was pretty worn and dirty. Overall we had a great time. Large and very roomy. Elevator was a big plus in loading and unloading.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the Royal Paradise. There was so much room. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Pool is not heated and it was a cooler week. 😳 Smart TVs was a definite plus in every room. Had the best of time anyway.
