Exactly as described, great

This place was spacious, clean, conveniently located and the property management could not have been nicer to work with. The complex felt private and quiet and not over crowded at all, but also right next to everything. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO ever!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a more perfect VRBO unit! The ocean view was INCREDIBLE, the hosts were always very quick to respond, and the check in/out process was a breeze. We cannot wait to return to Kauai and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful

Beautiful views from a perfect location. Convenient to beaches and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds. Rooms were surprisingly large and had a nice tradewind breeze. Easily the nicest decorated rental we ever stayed in- knew it was a win when we saw Robin McCoy's art on the walls. Would love to stay longer next time!

Love the location

Beautiful grounds with a great pool, stunning view and convenient to beaches and other activities. The owner was helpful, fair and sent lovely flowers for our anniversary! The unit is due for some updates (which they are working on) but nothing that took away from our trip!

EXCELLENT FOR OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY!

This was our first time to Kauai and we could not have chosen a better condo to stay for our 25th Anniversary! Everything was excellent and the location perfect for all that we planned! The host was gracious in giving suggestions for things to do during our 10 days being on the island. So many great sites, restaurants and things to do as well as walks on the beach and lounging by the sparkling pool! Thank you so much and we already want to come back for even longer!

Hi Diane, Thank you for taking the time to rate our condo in Kauai, we agree with your comments and you may or may not have noticed our condo is down for the full month of May for a total renovation, if you do come back please check us out because there will be none like it in our complex. Not sure what you mean on Overpriced, we are $125 a night less than the Sheraton next door for a garden view and our view is out of this world Ocean views, the Sheraton charges $875 a night for our view and its still only a room with no kitchen. Any way I hope you had a nice stay and we hope to see you again You won't believe how much it has changed.. Dale Morris

Fabulous experience

Owners thought of everything that vacationers would want and need, even if they didn’t know it! Slight disappointment that second bathroom was under renovation. Some deep cleaning and carpet shampooing should be considered. But overall experience was incredible!

Thank you, Kathleen, for your nice review, I am glad you had a great time, unfortunately the 2nd bath was not planned as it leaked into the unit below us, so we had to rush and try to get it fixed. It will be done this week so the next time you visit us it will be all new, and we replaced the carpet you mentioned, that somebody had stained instead of cleaning it. Thanks again for visiting and can't wait to see you back. Aloha Dale

Perfection in Kauai

We’ve discovered our dream retreat in Kauai within the embrace of this VRBO condo. Both the owner and the property management team were not only responsive but an absolute joy to interact with. Nestled in the perfect spot in Poipu, this condo gifted us with breathtaking sunset views, enchanting whale sightings, and proximity to our beloved beaches and scenic walks. Whether it’s strolling to shops and restaurants or indulging in a round of golf, everything is conveniently within reach. The unit itself is a haven of comfort, thoughtfully appointed with renovated bathrooms that exude loveliness. The bed is a cocoon of relaxation, and the kitchen, equipped with everything one could possibly desire in terms of kitchenware, truly enhances the overall experience. We’re already looking forward to the next chapter of our Kauai adventures, with hopes of securing this haven once again. A heartfelt Mahalo for crafting a truly delightful experience during our time in Kauai.

Krystyn, Thank you so much for your very kind words, we try to make our place as comfortable as possible for guests as we do for ourselves. In fact, we will be there in April, and we are planning some very nice things to enhance our property even more. Until next time I say Aloha and please stay safe in your travels.

Wonderful location and view

It was my first trip to Kauai and I couldn't have gotten luckier. The condo is in a great location across the street from the beach. Watching the sunset from the balcony every night was magical. The unit is quite large and has everything you need, too.

Nice Koloa Property

The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the impeccably maintained gardens and pool area. It took us a few days to learn how to work the tv’s but after all we came here to be outside. The unit needs some maintenance such as a new rug in the living room and some new hallway runners.

Hi Lewis, Sorry about the TV, there is an instruction booklet right on the coffee table but maybe I need to make it clearer, the cable box is in the cabinet, so the door needs to be open. I wish you would have let me know I would have told you. I hope the viewing of the whales and the spectacular sunset was more impressive than the issue with the runners. I want to make sure everything is perfect when anyone visits, and I will have the runners looked at. Thanks again for your stay.
