Charming gite in the heart of the Périgord Noir and the countryside

This spacious cottage with authentic charm has its independent entrance and is accessible by a staircase. In the garden, a private area with pergola, garden furniture for 8 people and BBQ is reserved for you .
With an area of about 130 m², the cottage is composed of:
* a large living room with fully equipped american kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator with water dispenser, microwave, small appliances, etc.)
* a corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms, with desk area
* the 1st bedroom is composed of a bunkbed with a double bed below and a single bed in height (not suitable for children < 6).
* the 2nd bedroom is composed of a double bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
* the 3rd bedroom is composed of a double bed, a single bed separated by a screen, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
For your comfort bed linen and house linen (hand towels, dish towels) is provided and beds are made before your arrival.

Gîte spacieux en bordure de forêt, au calme avec une très belle piscine. Agréables petites attentions des hôtes à l’arrivée. Hôtes présents et disponibles tout en restant discrets.
