Gorgeous single family home nestled .04 miles (easy walk) to Gooseberry Beach and .08 to downtown Newport shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. House is large, great for families or entertaining with 3 bedrooms upstairs, living room, dining room, sitting room and lower level suite/ kids playroom with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. House has an amazing heated outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen, huge deck and nice yard. Beach chairs, lawn games, outdoor shower, brand new 6 zone state of the art app (Control 4) controlled audio and video system connected to wifi plays music from the master to the pool. Great Outdoor TV on the Deck. Can't miss with this house. Great outdoor furniture and and truly one of a kind rental.

Please note - This is not a party house and prefer families and kids! Looking long-term given Newport housing rules (July or August) or 2+ weeks if June or September.

Family VaCa

We chose Rhode Island for the convenience for our kids to get to, with having them older and working it’s sometimes a challenge. We arrived to the home and first impression was wow! Enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone, big enough to hang out and the back yard was amazing! We love the beach, but having a pool made it that much more delightful! Newport was so close, we went into town had some amazing food, but also with the outdoor kitchen at the house, we grilled and just hung out! Brian was amazing, didn’t need him but knew he was a text away! I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back! Another awesome Family VaCa in the books! Thanks!

Newport Vacation 2023

We enjoyed the swimming pool every day and the location was very convenient to local beaches and restaurants. We hope to stay at this location again!

Outstanding summer house

House is spotless!! So close to the beach, restaurants, sometimes we didn’t want to leave the house, kids play all day at the pool, play games and we bbq!!!. Finally we could enjoy the cliff walk most of our mornings, fresh bakeries close by. We really relax, this was a real vacation!!!
