3 bedroom apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona. Just two blocks from Sagrada Familia, a neighborhood full of life, local customs and very well connected by public transport. Tastefully decorated, parquet floors and very quiet.

It has a spacious bedroom with natural light from the street, two interior bedrooms that open onto a spacious and quiet interior patio, and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, electronic lock for easy access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bed, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron, and a wide variety of cooking utensils.

Family visit to Barcelona

Stayed in this apartment with 4 adults and two children under two. Property was as expected and listed on vrbo. Location is very close to Sagrada Familia but did not feel so touristy which we enjoyed. Was a great location with kids, close to several parks! Walking distance to the subway to get you to several other areas of the city. Would visit again!

Quick stopover

The property was as promised and super close to the church with a lot of restaurants, but none of the air conditioners worked. Luckily the bedrooms had good ceiling fans.

Great place to be in for visiting Barcelona. The flat is clean and tidy and is big enough to give everyone some privacy. It's hard to imagine how to be closer to the Sagrada Familia than at this place; every attraction is within walking distance and there are 2 metro lines very close by. Looking forward to returning to Barcelona; was truly enchanting.

Le seul bémol c’est qu’il est assez difficile de se garer car dans la rue et les parking privés sont assez cher ... mais sinon l’hôte est vraiment disponible et présent lorsqu’on a besoin de quelques informations. Malgré la galère avec les parkings j’ai passé un excellent séjour 👌🏽

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la sagrada Familia, es cómodo, cuenta con los electrodomésticos que puedes llegar a necesitar durante tu estadía. Muy bien aseado. Está ubicado en un edificio familiar, de manera que jamás escuchamos ruidos. El sector es muy tranquilo y con buen sistema de transporte al resto de la ciudad. Alejandro un super anfitrión que estuvo siempre atento a nuestras comunicaciones. Recomiendo este lugar sin ninguna duda.
