The house was exactly as described and was perfect for 2 couples. It was a great place to come home to and relax after a day going about London. It was a short walk to the Baker St station and we were able to get to many different areas of London easily. There is a Tesco Express near the tube station and several bakeries and pubs nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for your kind review — we’re delighted you enjoyed your stay and found the location so convenient. We’d be thrilled to welcome you back on your next visit to London!
This house is very comfortable and was just the right size for the four of us. Spread on three levels with ample space, privacy from each other in our party and situated on a quiet street in between Regents Park and Hyde Park, this place is a gem.
Great location and good sized space in central London!
While there are a few quirky things, location was great and on a very quiet street. Management company was generally very responsive.
Easy check-in process was a good plus.
A wonderful, quiet spot in London, close to the Tube and Regent Park. A well appointed property that feels like home. Plenty of grocery options nearby which is helpful. After a lovely stay last summer we came back for a week at Easter.
Quiet neighborhood easily accessible to the Marylebone and Baker Street Tube stations, and several bus lines. You can get to anywhere in London from here. The flat had plenty of space plus everything we needed, and more, for a small group of travelers. So glad we found this property.
Wonderful stay for a quick week to London. We enjoyed the easy access to the trains and bus lines but was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood for rest. The 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family and friends. Nice bright and clean. Would visit again. Shout out to The Volunteer pub down the street...nicest people!
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home near Regent's Park! The location was perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to the underground, making it convenient to explore all that London has to offer.
The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the proximity to great dining and shopping options, as well as the quiet and safe surroundings that made us feel right at home.
Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay in London. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this home in London, conveniently located between Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. The home has all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts were very responsive, and the check-in was a breeze. Very, very comfortable. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but very close to everything - restaurants, park and universities. Hope to stay again. Have to make sure you pick up keys at newsstand prior to arriving at home. We had taxi make two stops - one to get keys and then drop off with luggage.
Nice location, quick walk to the underground. Relatively quiet, everything we needed. Perhaps the best part is that there were sufficient instructions for everything (wi-fi, TV, washer/dryer) so we didn't have to guess at what we were doing.
Couldn't ask for a better location. 2 minutes to the underground and rail. Quiet neighborhood, easy to walk everywhere. House is very vertical and two of the bedroom are essential 4 flights (not huge lengths) up and for bedroom is 2 flights up. If that is not a problem then this is a great house for you. Living room is very nicely appointed and cozy. there are 2.5 baths which is great escpecailly since you don't always want to run up 4 flights!

Great Neighborhood and Accommodations
We made this our home for six nights, sharing it with another couple (late 50's to mid 60's) on our first trip to London. It is located on a nice quiet neighborhood street within walking distance from several nice pubs, a pleasant Middle Eastern restaurant and the Baker Street tube station (not to mention the Sherlock Holmes museum and the Beatles store). The location was perfect, giving us a good starting spot for our daily outings and a homey place to return in the evenings. The place is roomy and afforded both couples privacy as well as comfortable common areas. There are some stairs, but we managed them without difficulty. It is nicely furnished with homey touches and well maintained. There are all the necessary conveniences: Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, 2.5 baths, TV, WIFI etc. Booking was easy, even from the US and the good folks at Ivy Lettings were easy to work with. We were there during a warm spell and found the bedding a bit too warm for the evening temperatures, wishing we had separate sheets or light cotton blankets, but were able to cool things down by opening the windows wide at night. A great location and place to stay. We would happily return.
An excellent, well kept property on a very quiet street, yet only 5 minutes from Baker Street and Marylebone Stations. A short walk to Regents Park and all necessary amenities near by. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like a home.
