2 bedroom- 1 bath ground level condo located one block from Shands Hospital, VA Hospital, and 2 blocks to the University of Florida. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, Queen beds, chest of drawers, night stands. Fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, all dishes and cooking utensils. Table with 4 chairs; living room with large comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, You Tube TV, and wireless internet. Sleeps four comfortably and one other on the sofa. No Pets allowed.

Check in is contactless and at your convenience. I am available by phone anytime of day or night.  

Please note that pets are not allowed in this complex.  There is no hot tub in the complex.

Perfect for a few nights

Love that we were in the ground floor, clean apartment, and it was nice to have our own space vs being cramped in a hotel room. They even had COFFEE!!! It’s the little things.

I stayed at this location on a 1 month test. I just renewed my stay for a second month. The owners were quick if I had a problem and the location is well stocked. The place was very clean when I checked in. It is quiet and good off street parking. Would strongly recommended especially if you are dealing with Shands hospital. I walk to the facility every day.

Great location to Shand's Hospital

The condo was plenty big for 2 people. The overall condo needs some TLC. Bathroom vanity top cracked, the furniture has stains. You can hear noise from neighbors. The owner answered or got right back to me. I would probably stay there again because it was so close to where I had to be.

Thank you for staying with us! I’m sorry you felt like the condo needed some repair. We chose to repair the crack instead of replace due to the cost. Unfortunately not all guests keep it as clean as you did, The couch cushions were cleaned last month but the couple spots are permanent. We hope you stay with us again. We do have 3 other units in the same building.

There were a couple of hiccups for check in. The parking pass was not immediately available where we were told it would be. (Assuming the tenants before forgot to leave it). And contacting the owner wasn’t immediate either. However, the owner also owns the condo right across from us and the tenants were most gracious and let us have one of theirs until ours could be located. Very nice people. And once the owner was able to respond, she was quick to remedy the issue. The condo was clean and as expected. The beds were hard and uncomfortable for us, but that was just our opinion. The location was awesome! All in all, it was just what we needed.

Perfect Clean Convenient Condo

My wife and I brought our high school senior and sophomore daughters to tour UF. The condo was perfect because not only was it comfortable but it was also across the street from campus. We even walked to the stadium from the condo to watch the football game. The owners were also extremely kind and quick to respond. You will really enjoy this condo.

Don't Hesitate - If It's Available - BOOK IT!

Condo was perfect for our short notice trip to Gainesville. Then our son surprised us and was able to come as well. We all fit and there was plenty of room to have the whole family over to enjoy a Sunday lunch together. Cynthia was very gracious to us and kept a clear line of communication as well.
