Apartment on the ground floor in a small residence with large collective land, direct access to the beach.
Ideal for 3-4 people. 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed 140 and the 2nd very small with bed 120 for 1 adult or 2 children. 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Kitchenette, dining area and lounge area. Garden furniture and barbecue.
2 terraces with sea view. Residence on 1 floor, 10 apartments, very quiet, located on a pretty Breton tip. Fishing on foot from the residence, oysters, clams...
Beach, sailing school less than 20
metres.
Bourg de Penvins 15 minutes walk. Sarzeau 9km, Vannes 25 km.

Reservation requests must be made at least one week before arrival, and for a minimum of 7 nights during the summer period.
We do not take a cleaning fee but ask that the apartment be left tidy and clean. Thank you.
