Great Beach Getaway! This home away from home is located less than a one-minute walk to Garden City Beach, and the beautiful waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Minutes away from the popular Marsh Walk where you can enjoy some of the areas best seafood and live Bands. Also located near Garden City Pier to enjoy fishing, ice cream, food, games, and live entertainment. Enjoy your favorite beverage while relaxing on the front porch, listening to the sound of waves and taking in the ocean breeze. It is perfect for family getaways, group golf trips, couples’ retreats, or a relaxing friend’s trip. If you forgot to pack something that you might need for your stay you are only a short one-mile drive away from Kroger's, Walmart Supercenter, Walgreens, beach retail stores as well as dozens of restaurants.

Nice home in an excellent location

Our stay here was great! The home was clean, check in was easy, and we found everything we needed. The best part was the location, it's close to the beach and some great places to eat.

Family time at the beach

We spent every day at the beach, sunning, swimming, and looking for shells. When a thunderstorm blew in, we played charades and cards. Having 2 well stocked kitchens and lots of room to spread put made life easier. The Sea Esta is a great beach getaway.

This house is a gem! It is in a great location and is very spacious. If you are renting the whole house, it is perfect for a large family or a group of friends.There are so many spaces to come together and also to spread out (if you need a moment to yourself). If you love sitting in a rocking chair, feeling the sea breeze and smelling the ocean air, you will love all the places around this house where you can do this. The beach is short walk across the street in this family-friendly location.

Location was great. We had 24 guest so the bathroom access was a little touch and go as well as the gathering places. Ants made us guard our food pretty closely. The beds were good all but the King in the first floor. It was equipped well and I would recommend it for groups of no more than 18

Highly Recommend!

The beach was just across the street! The house was clean and the kitchens were well-equipped. We were a little surprised that we had to make our own beds on arrival. In other places we have stayed the beds were ready and that's really helpful after a 12-hour drive.

Thank you for you review but as of covid we have changed the way we do things we leave clean bed linens at the foot of each bed so that our quest know that they are receiving clean sheets to ensure our quest feel comfort in knowing they have a clean bed that was not previously. used

Great Beach House

We stayed with some other family for a week and it was such a lovely stay. The house is nicely updated and had plenty of room for everyone. It was great having both the upstairs and downstairs units because it gave us two kitchens and space for everyone to spread out. Its a very short walk to the beach, which was super convenient for kids that inevitably leave something behind at the house. We would love to rent this again!

Wonderful vacation!

I can sincerely say I can't complain about anything regarding the house or location. The house was very well stocked with anything we would need such as laundry soap, dish soap, pots, pans, dishes, baggies, aluminum foil, matches for grills, etc. Jay walk across the street & your on the beach. Great back yard especially for the kids!
