Nice Cabin

The cabin worked well for our stay. As others mentioned, there were bugs found at check-in. They were dead and easily swept up. The cabin is in a great location for visiting Pigeon Forge. Very quiet and peaceful. It could use some updating and outside trash receptacles. Check-in/out process was very easy. Be aware there is a pet fee if you have a pet (not listed in the ad).

Good things about it but wouldn't stay again.

The good. Good location and fairly private with only a few other cabins on the street. The cabin had a lot of space, large front/rear deck, and supplied with most everything we needed. Décor was nice and what you would probably expect for a cabin. The bad. We had issues with the hot tub. The jets were very low power and only came on intermittently. The management company said this was "normal" but not sure I agree. The front door knob was very hard to get open, especially for the kids. The beds in the two bedrooms were extremely hard. There were small bugs in the bathrooms and on some of the windows/beds. My kids were grossed out. Additionally, the cabin was not ready at 4pm when it was supposed to be ready. I had to call and get the address and code to get in. It wasn't necessarily a huge deal for us since we were still on way; however, I would expect it to be ready as it is a fairly late check-in time anyways and the check out time is early. Overall, probably wouldn't stay there again because of these issues.

Bugs everywhere

The cabin had bugs everywhere. The bug appeared to look like a flea. It ended up being something else but they were in the beds vanities kitchen counter tops. Called the cabin rental company not much help. Sent exterminator did not notice any change in amount of bugs

I didn’t want to complain but we had a large animal in the roof the whole stay, urinating down the wall! The fireplace never worked! The driveway you should be warned about it is very steep with to 90 degree turns on the incline! The hot tub is on the front porch no Mountain View but it’s because the wind is so bad on the other side I’m sure! Pending a voucher for our next stay!

Cozy cabin

It's a beautiful cabin that we enjoyed a lot. You have a great view of the mountains from the back porch. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. It was sad to leave The only downside is that we didn't have enough towels.

Very Hard Beds

Location, cleanliness, and reservation/check-in processes were all great! Cabin is exactly as it appears in the photos. Nicely arranged and family friendly, for our 5 night stay, but queen and double bed were both extremely hard and uncomfortable. We rotated the two twins between the 5 of us to get a couple of good night’s sleep. We loved the cabin, but wouldn’t consider staying again unless the mattresses were changed.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was easy and fast. Very helpful during the process. When checking in they said it was a new cabin and we would be one of the first to stay in it. Little did I know they only mentioned new to their program. We we arrived at our cabin we could not get the fireplace to work. Called the office and was told they would send someone the next day to fix it because they did not have anyone that night that could do it. Later in the night we went to use the hot tube and all but 2 of the jets where missing so it was like sitting in just a bathtub. I went to the office as soon as they opened and they said they would fix it that day. I asked if we could just switch cabins and was told no they could not do that. We left for the day and when we returned they had replaced 5 of the 19 jets in the hot tube. This not making any better. The fireplace would not work again. So I called them and they said they would put in a work order but probably wouldn't come out that night to fix it. So we spent the weekend with no hut tube or fire place. Also the two main beds are as hard as a rock. So we ended up pushing the two single beds together and slept in much for a romantic weekend
