About this property

Haza Lara Castle

Detached villa located in the upper part of the town, at the foot of the Sierra Almijara Natural Park, facing south and overlooking the sea and the town. It has a private pool, large terrace with gas plancha. The house has an extension of 160m2 + 60m2 of covered and open terrace. The whole house is on one floor. The house has efficient facilities, so that your stay is pleasant and comforting. It has 5 bedrooms, three of them with double beds and two with 2 single beds each. Two of the rooms have an in-suite bathroom, apart from there is one more bathroom and a toilet. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The house also has central heating for the winter and the possibility of heating the pool. The costs of heating the pool and/or heating are not included in the rates of the house, the client must pay them separately at a rate of €20 per day for each of these services.
If you decide to stay in our house, we assure you that you will not regret it as it is fully equipped. All our clients are 100% satisfied after their stay.

Wonderful place and great hostess

We stayed 6 old friends for a long and lovely weekend in mid september. The house is huge and we spend all our time on the great terrace with the view over Competa and the sea far away. The house is situated in the edge of the city with walking distance to city square, bars and restaurants. Great location. Judith gave us a warm welcome and we felt at home from the first minute. The kitchen had all what we needed - also the basics - like olive oil, spices, etc. This is often missing and to be honest quit annoying to buy, just for at short stay. The pool is also great and lovely to use after a long walk up to the house. When we come back to Competa, we will definitely stay here again.

Tout était parfait Ia maison tres vaste avec plusieurs zones ce qui était bien pour l'autonomie de chaque couplé et enfants La maison très bien décorée, et la cuisine très bien équipée . La maison est très bien située dans le village, tout près d'un supermarché, donc pratique,tout en étant isolée et calme Les hôtes sont très charmants et attentifs Bref vous l'aurez compris un séjour de rêve Y aller sans hésiter

Fabulous accomodation

The property was perfect in authentic Spanish location. The owner was fabulous she went out her way to accommodate all our needs I couldn't praise Judit enough and many thanks again 😊
