About this property

The Perch - Luxury House on the Lake

This luxury vacation home sleeps up to 12 and features 150 feet of lakefront! The Private covered electric boat dock can accommodate 2 boats.
This split level house has 2 bedrooms upstairs with amazing lake and island views, and a bunkie downstairs. The bunkie sleeps 8 with 4 full size beds and plenty of drawer and closet storage. There is room for 5 cars.
The dock includes a diving board and the bay is perfect for all watersports.
The outdoor space is amazing with lounge seating, a dining area and umbrella's. Enjoy the outdoor heaters, BBQ and fireplace while you watch the sunset over the mountains.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave, cooktop with griddle and dishwasher. It is stocked with ample cookware, plates, cups, glasses and silverware, sheets, pillows and towels.
Clearlake has boat up bars, restaurants and casinos and is the largest natural lake in California. There are over 10 wineries, a state park and plenty of hiking trails. It is a vacationer's dream!

House was very comfortable and well stocked. We fished and had some success! Dock was excellent for multiple people to fish at the same time. Large dining table was perfect for family dinners and game night. We will book again in the future.

This home was actually nicer then represented by the pictures. Peaceful and relaxing but also modern and comfortable. My kids had a blast fishing and swimming from the dock. Highly recommend

The propert was beautiful and the owners were super responsive. The only downside was that the lake has an algae bloom that made the trip difficult to enjoy. There is a pungent smell that permeates the house and it even stays on your clothes.

House was great overall, but advise checking the Cyanobacteria levels in Soda Bay. There was a large bloom during our visit which prohibited any water activities near the house. The smell from the bloom was also overwhelming and limited our time outside. We had to rent a boat just to enjoy other parts of the lake. IF soda bay was not swamped over, the house and trip would have wonderful. Host was helpful and responsive.

This stay was wonderful. The views, the peace and quiet. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are cozy and very comfortable- specially the bunk bed room.Kids loved all the room and board games. Everyone enjoyed being on the dock, the lights in the evening and fishing in the day time. The drive was beautiful everything was still green. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved that there were things available to do on the water, kayaks, paddle boat, etc. We loved the whole house. It was well stocked with any pot or pan or dish you might possibly need. In addition there was every spice under the sun in the cabinet. It was clean and organized. We got quick response from the owner when we couldn’t figure out something. Best of all my 4 legged girls were able to stay with us. Thanks again for allowing us to have your beautiful space for the weekend.

Lauren and Joe's house was exactly what my family needed. We wanted to teach the kids how to fish, and we ended up never leaving the house. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook multiple times a day. Access to a private dock and a paddle boat were just really nice, we caught a few fish and even got to chat with the friendly neighbors. All in all, the home was clean, well kept, and a wonderful experience. Cheers to Fireball Joe from the Lal family!

Relaxing Stay

The house was great and the owners were very responsive to questions and requests. Very relaxing to sit on the back deck upstairs each morning with coffee and evening with wine. Sunsets were amazing.
