Équipements de qualité. Garage, patio, terrasses ensoleillées, wifi, satellite Astra, central chauffage au gaz, et cheminée à bois. Convient aux personnes avec problèmes de mobilité. L'entrée pour voitures is fait par une porte coulissante of 3.50 m.

Séjour très agréable

Maison très bien située. Proche des magasins, de la plage et d'autre activités. La maison dispose de tout. Très pratique pour le quotidien. C 'etait vraiment top. Roses possède une très belle baie, de superbes criques et diverses activités nous sont . proposées.

La maison fleurie

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison ne manque de rien que ce soit en vaisselle, commodités, chaleur. Elle est entourée d un très beau jardin et est idéalement située. Commerces à proximité, les halles...C est aussi le point de départ de belles randonnées sur Port de la Selva, Cadaques, aiguamolls, la pointe de creus etc. Bref une bonne adresse. Merci Adelina

Maison au cœur de Roses

Maison idéalement située, proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage, pas besoin d utiliser la voiture. A l intérieur il faudrait quelque peu débarrasser mais sinon tout est présent !

Très bon séjour. Merci à adelina et son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Location agréable et bien située, calme bien qu'en centre ville (en tout cas à cette saison) et à deux pas du bord de mer. Le jardin et la possibilité de manger dehors sont vraiment un plus. L'équipement global est satisfaisant. L'ambiance de la maison est familiale et les propriétaires très sympathiques. Je recommande.

It felt like being home

Adelina and Josep made our three week stay one of the best experiences of our traveling life. We felt like were were actually home and immersed within the people and days of the permanent residents of Roses. The house is located in the center of Roses life, within easy (blocks) walk of the post office, many grocery stores, many bakeries, restaurants, ATMs, the police station, library and cultural center. If you wish to prepare a meal and eat in, everything you need is at hand for full dinners to outdoor barbecues. Sleeping is easy as the beds are very comfortable. Adelina and Josep even have provided bicycles (if you want to cruise the Roses seafront promenade.) Beaches and castles, historic locations and wildlife areas are all easily accessible by the excellent road system in Catalonia. You will like it here. We did and plan to return....for a much longer stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Roses. Das Haus liegt ideal im Zentrum von Roses - man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist bestens - wir haben nichts vermisst. Adelina und Josep sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns mit allerlei wichtigen Informationen zum Ort und der Umgebung versorgt haben. Vielen Dank dafür!

Merveilleux séjour en famille!

Nous avons passé, du 21 au 28 Août, une semaine très agréable chez Adelina et Aleix. La maison est très spacieuse, confortable et accueillante, avec 4 grandes chambres, la cuisine très bien équipée, le jardin fleuri bien entretenu, et les attentions des propriétaires à l'arrivée sont charmantes. La maison se situe en plein centre ville, dans un quartier calme, et à quelques minutes seulement à pieds de la mer. En plus: solarium, barbecue. A réserver les yeux fermés!!!! Merci pour cette semaine de parenthèse estivale et chaleureuse.
